We dine here often and have done so for years. Simply put, the food and service are impeccable. We've tried several dishes over the years, and all were excellent. (And I'm a picky eater!) The waiters are all professional and personable. Such a pleasure to dine here!

disaster. the meatballs were dry, the pasta overcooked and the sauce was water. never again. I am so sad - this was a great authentic Italian restaurant (I should know I come from Rome). lovely staff but there is a reason the parking lot is empty at 7 pm

Tonight was my first time dining at Testo's and I cannot say enough good things about our experience. We reserved the back room for my mom's 75th birthday. The service was top notch and the food was delicious. We were able to have a terrific party for my mom with about 20 adults and some children. Our waiter Danny was attentive, patient, kind and let us take our time. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and my mom had an unforgettable birthday with memories we'll cherish forever. Thank you!

Testos by far surpassed ALL expectations! I held my son’s graduation party there, and the food and service was exceptional! Julianna was so thoughtful and worked with us from day one to make sure every detail of our event was met. She planned our party to perfection! She was so patient with our ever changing count, and followed up with all our requests. She couldn’t be more kind - catering to the needs of her clients was clearly a priority to her. She placed us in the Bridgeport room which was beautiful and the perfect place for a smaller party. The food was delicious with large portions! The food was served hot and no one had to wait! Our server, Eric, could not have been more attentive! He manage to please everyone with his responsiveness and gentle disposition. He was extremely cordial and polite and never seemed bothered by our numerous requests. He was very busy, yet even took the time to take pictures of all of us! This was the best party I have ever had because of Julianna and Eric’s professionalism! This is by far the best place to hold an event! You are treated like family! We are certain to be back! Amazing food and the service was absolutely amazing!! Julianna is such a sweetheart and a truly amazing person, she did such a great job in helping my family with my brother's graduation party!! Eric did an amazing job waiting our table, we are a huge family and he was absolutely perfect!! Highly highly recommend!!

Teatos restaurant provided good quality food, efficiently served HOT and on heated plates, family style. It was our choice of a lovely mixed green salad, with freshly grated carrots and olives & tomatoes, a pasta dish - al dente & also steaming hot! with vodka sauce and aromatic fresh grated parmesan cheese. The bread waa fresh & delicous. The chicken francaise was perfect! The roast beef was plentiful. Wine & coffee & a palette cleansing ice cream torte was just enough! We had a warm, relaxibg, family gathering... thank you Paul & Juliana for your assistance to make our day both pleasant, fulfilling with your good quality food and organized staff. You delivered! Our Family & friends thank you!
Went for a First Communion Reception. They had the air on the whole time, leaving everyone forced to wear there coat/cover up, if they had one. The food was pretty good but came out over an hour after the reception started, everyone was starving. Testo's is definitely just a spot to hold an event, don't expect anything that will make your event stand out from the rest, they're (Testo's) just glad to take your money and give you a room with some tables and chairs??♀️?

Terrible Service - DO NOT GO HERE - went to a birthday dinner for my husband for 5 people at 6:30pm and ended dinner at 10pm. I've been going here for years and don't know if management has changed but the worse customer service I've ever experienced. We were told by the manager a round of drinks and appetizers would be taken off the bill because service was so bad and they took coffee and dessert off the bill. Regardless, the bill was $400. We were getting our food with no silverware - had to get our own from tables next to us along with plates - no water refills -400 had to get our own pitcher of water - because we asked and no one came back to the table. It's a shame how much this restaurant has gone down hill because the food is good but 4 1/2 hours for a dinner service is unacceptable!!

I’ve thrown 3 parties at Testo’s to date. Baby shower, christening and 1st Holy Communion for my first born. Juliana set the parties. A kind smart young lady who handled everything like a 30year veteran party planner! (She was there at 9am morning of to help me walk our surfboard size Napoleon cake to the walk-in, for our 4:30pm party). I grew up in Westchester with most of my family coming from The Bronx and have worked in Manhattan and Brooklyn for the last 25 years. Testo’s is the only place in Connecticut that makes me feel at home like I’d did as a kid. The food is comparable to a few and Better than most venues south of the border. Admittedly, when I realized there was only one waitress, one bartender and one busboy handling our most recent party (the headcount was 70 including kids) i was a little worried. The bartender, Jason,the waitress, Mel and Josh the busboy covered the room like they were 20 deep. Family run business!! My hat’s off to you Testos! grazie e dio vi benedica
