Ordered food over 2.5 hours ago called at 45 minutes, they said the drivers 5 minutes away recon I live 10 houses up from the restaurant. Got told we don’t care on the phone there still charging me, will never call again also still no food has arrived

I've ordered grinders, pizzas, and fries from here. All good food. Love their meatball grinders. These days I get poutine or chili cheese fries, and their both so good. Pizza isn't the best in Bristol, but it's still good. I like how they cut the large pizzas, but my son curses me out because it's not pie cut. Oh well. I use the slice app to order. Delivery is always on time and delivery guy is always friendly. No complaints here.

If only 0 stars was an option. The food was AWFUL. I ordered chilli, empanadas, and wings. The empanadas had absolutely no flavor. The chilli had NO flavor and had a disgusting slab of Luke warm cheese on top of it. I guess the wings were the only decent tasting food. Never again will I waste my money.

Ordered a pizza and 2 Canollis and was told 45mins. for delivery. After an hour wait I called and was told it had just left. Another 15mins later we received our food. The pizza was good and hot at least, but 1/2 of the Canollis filling was in the container hense the middles being empty... Seems like it was thrown together last minute when I called and they extended our wait time due to them closing an hour and a half after I ordered... Very disappointed

Every time we order there is an issue.... wrong food, missing dinners and now delivered to the wrong address .... unbelievable
Placed our order at 12:36. It was just a couple of appetizers and drinks. At 1:35, called to check on our order. I was told 1 minute, but he never asked my name or order to see who I was. 20 minutes later, I called again because I still did not get my order. He said the driver got lost and hung up. I work less than 5 minutes down the road! 10 minutes later, a car full of people showed up with my order... after my lunch break was over. I will never order from here again. Over all, it took over an hour and a half to get my order. At least the food was warm. Terrible service!

Paid $14 for un seasoned, soupy pasta. How you mess pasta up is beyond me. I shouldn't have to add my own seasonings to my takeout. Mac Daddy pizza is also a large disappointment. Gordon Ramsey would have a field day with this establishment. I would've rather just ate a frozen TV dinner.

Zero stars if possible. This place suck more than my dyson. I'm beyond words, I don't even know what to say or do to the owner. Ive ordered her countless times. Me and my friends since the new owner have been charged for our pizza and food and it not even be delivered. I mean that's some next level stuff right there. To not deliver???? Not even late??? And the message service is full so you can't leave a message??? The police are involved and will only be a matter of time before this black market good for nothing piece of garbage establishment is shut down for good.

Amanos has been our got to for pizza. Lately we have been so disappointed. The pizza has been super thin or not cooked properly. This week we ordered a large got barely a medium and it was doughy and not appetizing. Not enough to feed the whole family, when it usually is.
