I just waited at their walk up window for about 10 minutes. No one acknowledged me at all. Two cars went through the drive-through. When the second one pulled up to the window to pick up the order and I saw how large of an order it was, I knew I wasn’t going to be helped within the next 10 minutes. It kind of seems really silly to have only one employee there at 3:30 in the afternoon. Wish I could’ve gotten my coffee. It was the first time I had tried to go there and probably six months.

This is a drive-thru only place, so if that's what you want then all else is good. Good coffee, even better sandwiches, and cheerful quick service at the window. The workers do their best to make it pleasant. I like the egg, chorizo, and gouda cheese sandwich. Try it.

My mother and I tried Aroma Joe's for the first time today (Fri, Sept. 15). We went late in the evening, some time around 7:30. The young guy who took our coffee order seemed to be the only one working at that time; he brewed a new pot of dark roast coffee for my mom and was very friendly and welcoming. I unfortunately did not get his name but he was really great at his job and made a good first impression for the place. We will come again :)
Ordered two cinnamon sugar pretzels. Toppings were just sprinkled on an average pretzel. At the price, I expected more. Probably won't be returning.

Coffee is ok but spendy, however, I always get grouchy service! I get it's Bristol and customer service is spotty, but with Dunkin, Starbucks, and Cumby's nearby, I'll spend more if peeps are better than indifferent at best.

Our PTO wanted to surprise our staff for Teacher Appreciation week and Mark was phenomenal. Not only did he donate a huge jug of coffee and the fixings for it, he included drink cards for all our staff.
