I used to really hate this burger king when I lived in terryville a year ago. I had some of both the weirdest and worst experiences at this BK location. One of the ones was them closing at like 6 o'clock on a Friday cause the manager just walked out, I think we went to the other one or wendys or something idk. But this last experience was actually pretty good. Ordering was a bit of a hassle at first but they gave us free cookies so I'm happy lol. All I need is cookies and I'll always be pleased lol. All the food was good and fresh too. I love when that happens
Went at 10pm, wonderful lady in the back making food. Please give her compliments, tell her how good she is doing, TELL THAT WORKER how important and valuable she is, treat her right, keep her there. Food was hot, proper portions or condiments, cheese and burgers were hot, bacon fully cooked. Night shift worker, whoever that is prolly 6-12am that shift goes really hard! They actually care, best #4 large with a coke

I previously reviewed because it was SO bad. But I'll own up, lately the service at night (only time I go) has been great. My food is always hot and it's been made right. The wait time isn't nearly as bad. You can tell sometimes they're short staffed. The crew member who does the "welcome to BK" message, I believe his name is Valentine (not sure on spelling)you'll know by the voice. He is phenomenal. He's quick, super friendly, you can tell he helps with the night crew a lot. Love the improvement!

SERVICE IS HORRIBLE IN BRISTOL CT...FYI I'm only going to be super picky because of the rudeness. I pull up to the drive-through and heard a voice of a male welcome me so I start my order by saying hi and am told by a female " hold on". She proceeds to take my order (chicken fries a whopper jr w/ extra pickles and a coke) repeated it, as she should have and told me to pull up... I go to the window, she yanks up her pants by jumping before topping my soda, then inserts my cc, yanks again at her pants, hands me back my cc and my soda, walks away, yanks again at her pants, stands and chats with someone while I am waiting at lunchtime with a line behind me... and brings me chicken nuggets with the order... not chicken fries, and a Whopper Jr w/ a single pickle (the butt of it at that) yanks her pants again and says enjoy... when I complained, she didn't offer to fix it, did not apologize just yanked her pants up again and told a brown wavy haire woman to handle it. Her solution was "ma'am unfortunately mistakes happen but I can refund the order" reached out her hands waiting for the bag and I continued to wait minutes longer as she attempted to refund me stating that she would have to charge me for the coke?? HORRIBLE

Over 30 minutes to get my order. Nobody was there. So idk what the hold up was,but anyways I ordered chocolate milkshakes ? ? there are 3 cups in a tray with vanilla icecream and a Lil bit of chocolate syrup on top! This was their chocolate shake. Cold burgers and old onion rings.
The workers who were there were great, but they were extremely short-staffed. This caused a long wait on the food.

Placed an online order and when I arrived, the doors were locked! Multiple people were in my same position, paid online only to find they can’t get their food. They kept the phone disconnected so you are unable to call. Aside from this horrid experience, their food is cold 8/10 times and the workers are rude and untrained. Never going here again.

Worst burger king in ct...short staffed ...always forgetting stuff...I'd rather dumpster dive at McDonald's then wait 25 minutes for 3 items I ordered but only end up getting 2 of at burger king...slow . .unprofessional...I love burger King more than any fast food place and have lived next to this bk for 15 years and omg to say it's poorly run by the owner and staff would be giving it a compliment!....it's way worse than that
