“We drove up to Meriden to take my brother and his wife out to lunch. They love this place. We got a nice table next to the large windows overlooking the golf course. Service was excellent. I got the Clams/Mussels over linguine which was very good. My wife and brother both got the stuffed shrimp which they said was very good, although a little over cooked. My siste-in-law got the Salmon and said it was very good. Prices are a little up there. Overall, we really enjoyed it. An added plus was that I ran into two of my Maloney High School, Class of 1962, classmates.“
“The seafood boil and the fried catfish were amazing. I highly recommend this place. Not the fanciest atmosphere, but we did not care. The price was very reasonable considering what we got!Kid-friendliness: It accommodates messiness!!Parking: Lots of it!Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs“
“This spot is a two in one. You've got a hot chicken counter and a convenience store right there for, drinks, chips, candy, and whatever else you'd need. Mo the boars head owner is the man. Easy going guy who makes compromises on products in the display cabinets. I've grabbed dinner walking home from them a few times and each time the chicken was always juicy, crunchy and they always toss in extra sauce.“
