I must say best Chinese food I had so far in CT . The chicken and broccoli is so good here . It’s been my second time coming by and I must say Zoey always give top tier customer service .i will return for sure .

VERY GRESEY AND NASTY!! DIFFERENT OWNERS AND PEOPLE RUNNING IT FROM WHEN THEY FIRST OPENED! I TOOK A BITE OF MY EGG ROLL AND THE GREASE DRIPED DOWN MY HAND AND DOWN MY SLEEVE. THEN MY BBQ SPARE RIBS WERE NOTHING BUT FAT FELT LIKE I WAS CHEWING ON A RUBBER BAND. AND PORTION SIZES ARE VERY SMALL TOO!! WISH GOLDEN PAGODA NEVER CLOSED!! ???

Ordered food near closing time last night and the food was great , fast and hot as always. I have been coming here for 7 years now and I love it. Everyone is so friendly and I've never had an bad experience . My order is always correct . I usually get shrimp fried rice , chicken wings and fries. I also get the shrimp egg foo young every now and then. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

I tried several other Chinese restaurants in the area before finding China Chef and it has immediately become my favorite. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and food is great. As a bonus, this is the only place in the area I've found good Cajun Fried Rice and Cajun wings
Terrible! Staff were rude, and my general tsao chicken came out raw! Told me I was wrong, that they cooked it to temp. Never come here!

I have been to China Chef many times, since it is close to where my parents live. We have tried many different takeout Chinese food places around the area, and this has been my favorite one so far. The sauces are rich in flavor, and their Cajun Wings are amazing. The Chicken and Broccoli is my go-to. The chicken and broccoli are generously coated in sauce. The boneless spare ribs were also really good. Not pictured, but I have had their lo mein, wonton soup, and egg rolls, which are all really delicious as well. I will say that I'm not the only one who really appreciates the food here. They get really busy around dinner time, and it might be hard to call in an order because the lines are so busy around that time. The wait time is also pretty long, but I think that it is worth the wait.

Pork fried rice was plain and pale, tasted like white rice, boiled not pork fried rice, crab Rangoon has no crab at all just hot cream cheese lady on the phone says that’s how they’re supposed to be crab ragoons are not supposed to have any crab just cream cheese so I guess all the other Chinese restaurants were wrong don’t go here

Lady on phone rude when making the order. Our order was disgusting. From the rice which was stuck together, beef teriyaki stick tasted off! The chicken fingers were gross. The lo mein was gross and even the egg roll. Never again. Waste of 30 dollars!
