Literally best Chinese food for going on 2 decades of my life now. I haven’t even lived in Bristol for years but my husband and I keep coming back here because we’ve yet to find better, even in another town!! So tasty, fresh, made to order, fast, everything you want for your food!!

As always, China Kitchen is the best. The girl who answers the phone is quick and efficient. The deliveries are always on time and the food is fantastic. Thanks China Kitchen!

Very awful rice has no flavor it’s not pork fried taste like boiled white rice and crab Rangoon’s lady says has no crab just hot mayo, so I guess all the other Chinese restaurants that make it have been doing it wrong will never be ordering here again I suggest, either sun fat or Sakura‘s kitchen here in Bristol

Many Chinese restaurants are fair at best. They are more fast food than fine dining, although it isn't fast prep when they are busy. And to be fair, I have been to other Chinese restaurants which are good food. We have gone here for years as it is convenient. But, the fried rice isn't fried, its barely flavored and with little of the meat. The General Tso's chicken amounts to chicken nuggets with the General Tso's sauce. I have had much better. Last night I ordered boneless spare ribs. When I opened the container, it was piled high with the "boneless ribs" and I thought I had struck gold. They were horrible. What was masquerading as boneless ribs was most likely low quality beef jerky dressed it up with some flavor. The meat was so hard, it was un-chewable. Why do businesses try to cut costs and ruin a potentially good meal. What really turned me off was when I found a hair in my fried rice. I tossed what was left of my meal. I will not be ordering from there again.

Love their food! So delicious the general sol and the beef and broccoli. Egg drop soup is good too.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They sent this atrocity masquerading as teriyaki chicken tonight. It was dripping all over the entire order & looked undercooked. Everything else we ordered was bland. When we called the restaurant they didn't know when the manager would be working and refused to refund any money. They even wanted us to bring the "chicken" back to them so they could look at it.

Nastiest Chinese I've EVER had & I'm over the 1/2 century mark!Boneless Ribs were nothing but dry fat.(2) teriyaki beef was like shoe leather & rice was tasteless & almost white. On top of it all you can't even get a cup of duck sauce or hot mustard w/out paying for it.Will NEVER spend $25 there again for nothing!?

The food was, well it’s your pretty run of the mill Chinese restaurant. The food is cooked and seasoned well/to your liking. However these folks really do go above and beyond to make your experience most pleasant, if you want something that isn’t on the menu they try their best to adjust and they always give a freebie or two that you can choose from if you spend a certain amount. Don’t be afraid to ask about menu items or recommendations, I’ve tried a lot of new dishes that I like just by asking what they think is good. I really have no complaints !Vegetarian options: Most if not all of the meals can be adjusted as to not include meat/add extra veggies etc. As long as you let them know , they also will separate packaging so vegetarian food is not placed together with meats. As far as where the food is cooked, I’d suggest being clear about cooking in a different pan (unclear if this is a common practice)Wheelchair accessibility: Restaurant is on floor level, in the parking lot there is a ramped area for easy entrance to restaurant.Dietary restrictions: There is an entire section of the menu that is low salt, non fried, foods. Even some classics are reworked to fit this menu like brown rice, steamed veggies with no sauce, and no MSG options.
