Very disappointed in my order today. I order from this chipotle extremely frequently at least once every week/every other week. Today I was extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the food, like I’ve never experienced before. The chicken quite literally tasted like burnt and crispy with no flavor? The rice.. so undercooked it literally had a crunch to it. Idk what changed in the quality but it was kinda disappointing today bc i love chipotle real bad??
Always love how packed my veggie rice bowls are, the guy who usually makes the bowls at night is quick, kind and generousVegetarian options: All vegan= sofritas (soy protein), veggies, rice, beans, guac, chips

I was disappointed; although the food is great, the portions have gotten smaller. I had to tell the server to give me the full spoon of guacamole, not a half of a spoon. The floor and tables were dirty, the main reason that I order in the store to take out.
