This place reminds me of the Indian street food videos I see on Facebook it’s absolutely disgusting in there as well as not one person wears gloves or hairnets so eat at your own risk!!!

Ordered two large pizza’s and a 2 liter Diet Coke to be delivered. Ordered arrived quick, but instead of Diet Coke, brought reg. Coke. Told the delivery drive the order was wrong, checked the order and he said you are right, then asked what I wanted to do, I said I wanted my Diet Coke, his response I’m not sure what to do, guess I need to go back to the store and get your Diet Coke, I said forget it, I wanted to have the Diet Coke with my pizza, so I said what can you do to make this right, his response, I don’t know. Took my pizza, I didn’t want reg. Coke so told him to take it and thanked him. I tired to file a complain thru the app. But if you close the order down on the app there is no way either via the app or website to file a concern with your order, you have to call the store. I call the store, on hold for 10 min. before someone answers, told them the problem, wanted to know what they were going to do for the inconvenience, we can bring you your Diet Coke, I said you should offer something more the inconvenience, staff member had to get the manager, because he didn’t know what to do, same story, we can bring you your Diet Coke, no I want a refund…as I was working thru this, the manger said I needed to hurry up and make a decision, he was busy and didn’t have time for this…so, I said give me my refund on the Diet Coke and I will not be using your store again. Crazy customer service, to tell me to hurry up and make a decision because you are busy…I said you have my money and I don’t have my order, you should have time to make this right.

I WAS for many years a Domino's Fan. Chicken Alfredo in a bread bowl was my weekend reward. Until time after time my orders was awfully dry hard pasta with barely any chicken. So I switch it up to stuff bread instead... back disappointment... so I said idk maybe 3rd is the sharm ... I order pizza maybe that they won't mess up..... WRONG!!!! HOW HARD IS TO DO A PEPPERONI PIZZA RIGHT???Nearly 20 on a small pizza that was sloppy more sauce than cheese if there was 3 PEPPERONI all together I might be exagerating . What the freaks happened to this place?? It sucks BIG TIME. WOW

Blue Moon

I made an order on Saturday evening and they were crazy busy. My food took less time then I expected because of the rush I thought it would take longer, and the quality was great. The guy with dark blue shirt on the oven was good at calling out items which seems to be under his standard and had them remake some items. Definitely coming back.Kid-friendliness: The crew was kid welcoming and blue shirt guy answers their silly questions even during the rush.

Live Life

The best Domino’s location. Management must be going it right. Food was great and service was good. Unfortunately a rude customer came in with stupid complain which, I assume is the manager, tried his best to solve professionally but the customer was too ignorant. Even I felt like screaming at the customer for his behavior but the team kept it cool.Even after all this remaining customers were served with humility and friendly manner. Will definitely come back and tell others.

Person claiming to be manager was very rude arguing with customer and refuse to remake another batch of wings. He refuse to give his name and told me to leave and don't come back. Food was not properly cooked and was made with laziness. These wings in pic doesn't look like the wings claiming they can make. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Is really cute when I spend 75 bucks in Pizza to feed my family and friends. Hey one of the kids wants pepperoni I'm looking at it in front of my face by another Pizza or go to Stop & Shop across the street.. I'll go to Southington if I really want domino's.. not again lol.
