I don't know what the problem is but I think they don't pay attention to detail. I keep complaining about an item they charge me on my sandwiches but still omits it from the order. This, in my opinion is stealing. I decided to go to the store today instead of the drive thru and order the same item stressing on my order and they made the same mistake again by charging me for an item i ordered but they still omitted it. Pine st Bristol dunkin has the best customer service friendly greeting good attitude they will often have fresh baked donuts that are not dry they make your drinks correctly and they value their jobs here treat them with respect in the drive thru they will respect

Every time Charisma is here she’s not only fast and friendly, but also correcting other employee’s mistakes and finishing things they’re apparently incapable of. When Charisma is NOT here, it’s an absolute mess, wait times are long and all the employees seem confused and disoriented. You’d do very well to make a Charisma a manager.
