I HEARD THE SAME SONG PLAY ON REPEAT NO LESS THAN TWENTY TIMES IN A LITTLE OVER AN HOUR. I ASKED THE STAFF IF IT WAS SOME SORT IF TROLL SINCE THE SONG HAPPNED TO BE “CANT GET YOU OUT OF MY HEAD” BUT APPARENTLY THEYVE COMPLAINED TOO. THIS CANT BE THAT HARD TO FIX……..

Did they change ownership? I've eaten here tons of times and always get the build your own burger. The burgers have always been almost 1" thick with the most amazing seasoning on a harvest bakery roll. I just got the same burger, however the seasoning was bland and completely different than it always has been, and whoever cook the burger, smashed it down to almost flat with spatula or whatever they used to cook with and the roll was nothing like a Harvest bakery roll. 1000% different than every burger I have ever got from here before. So disappointing. I can't imagine it's a 1 off since consistency has always been spot on. I'm hoping it's just a random new cook that messed up and will get it together or move on. Fresh craft has been best burger place for miles around since they opened when Mexican place disappeared overnight.

Try the Caprese burger. Its excellent. The salads are a goid value for the money. Definitely shareable. The burgers have always been cooked the way we asked them to be cooked. We have never eaten there, its always been take out but its definitely a place you can eat at. Great place for kids and right in the same restaurant is a Carvel. Everyone loves that. Dinner and dessert. I have gotten many birthday cakes there and they have always been so nice and pleasant.

The prices are atrocious. A single pretzel is $10.99, salad is $21.00 with the chicken added, if you ask me, it should be $11.00 with the meat already included and the half and half basket of fries ans onion rings is $11.99. $11.99. Just for fries and onion rings? It used to be $5.99. Portions are bigger, I understand that, but altogether, for 3 items, it would cost me $45.00. I love their food. Used to get these same items for a reaaonable price. I love their quality. But who can afford these prices? For 1 single pretzel, I would price it at $3.99. To much. No one can afford it and they asking to much of their customers.
