Ordered the giant Italian sub around 230pm on a Wednesday. No wait or crowd. Food was ready in 15 min as promised. The taste and quality was as expected for Jersey Mike's standards. Staff was pleasant.

I put in a door dash order and they totally screwed up my order. I called down their to resolve and the women who picked was extra rude, I ask her what her name was because I was going to report her and she didn’t want to reveal her name so I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager and hung up on me. I couldn’t even get a refund or a response when I called back down there so now I’m stuck with food that was less in price than my order and it’s not even what I ordered. I will never never never ever order Jersey Mike again total rip off. If this is the managers they’re hiring they will not be around long what a way to sink a business.

First time I've been to a Jersey Mike's, the food was delicious! I'll start with that. We arrived at about 12pm, there were a few people waiting but nothing crazy we had no idea where to order, no one greeted us, finally they send us to the place to order. The woman was a little argumentative on whether I said regular or mini which was not necessary. They took my husband's name for the order "Mike". Meanwhile we go to sit and wait thinking this is what we do we're called back up to put toppings on my sandwich which I was unaware I had to do, but we were given no direction from anyone and confused. So we sit and wait after this. The call Mike 10 mins after, meanwhile there are 2 other Mike's behind us waiting for there orders. One of these gentlemen start to argue with us that, that was their sandwich. We ignore it and move on to getting drinks. Lady at the register asks us to give back the sandwich that it was his. So we did and continued to wait another 10 mins. They call Mike and called out a sandwich that was not his so we didn't bother walking up. After another 10 mins my husband asks the girl if it's his cause that's not what he ordered. She had no idea what to do. My husband sat down again, the cashier calls him up and says it's his sandwich. We check it at the table and it's not what we ordered. Unbelievable, I understand it's busy but get your act together and stop arguing with customers. Will not be back. I'd steer clear unless you have and hour to wait for 2 sandwichs.

I bought a 6" Steak grinder, with the works today and was "VERY DISSAPOINTED." The flavor was good, but there was hardly any meat on it, one slice of mushroom & pepper and a slice of cheese. The cost was $10.90! I called to speak with the manager, but she was busy and would call me back. That was2 hours ago! I thought maybe a new person was hired and needed instructions on how to make a good grinder. Needless to say, I will go elsewhere!!

Jersey Mike's manager states delivery orders will now sit till all walk ins and pick ups are completed.4 people walked in off the street while I waited 16 minutes for them to start a delivery pickup.22 minutes total for two small sandwiches.And worst part is they were belligerent about it and made it all my fault then proceeded to treat me like it didn't happen. One other customer even told the manager it was true.Shame cause they make good food and we're always a fast pickup

I ordered two hot subs and one cold one. When I arrived for pickup the hot subs were in the bag getting cold while I waited ten minutes for the cold sub to finally be made (it was sitting on the counter half made the whole time. I got home and both hot grinders were missing all the toppings! I will never order from the Bristol store again.

I came in with my wife for a #8 regular and the SANDWICH MAKER (whom which didn’t wear a hairnet on while preparing food)on the Night Shift not the slicer nor the cashier the sandwich maker didn’t know how to make a proper #8. And the griller which seemed to be annoyed at the fact that she had to make a hot sandwich now I Donely had a bad attitude completed my sandwich without my direction and not in front of me potentially contaminating my sandwich.

8/16 2PM everyone scheduled to be working right now has an attitude. I mean rolling eyes and all. Was totally ignored upon entry until I spoke up only to be told to go to the register for pick up. No signs indicating pick up location so I stood in line like any other average person would. Had I not even said anything I wouldn’t have been greeted. Absolutely disgusted, no wonder why southington has better reviews. Staff sucks! Won’t be going here again. Literally hot grinder now cold for the unnecessary wait. All it took was for a reach and I could’ve been in and out. But, almost 5-6 minutes in line before I decided to speak up and receive acknowledgment for my presence because the staff can’t take 3 seconds to say “hello, picking up today”Some people hate their jobs and the employees there you could tell didn’t want to be there. Wasn’t even busy. Horrible job Bristol. Pick better staff!

The food was great but the issue I had was the service, I ordered via there app for pickup and was given a time it was supposed to be done and I got there about 2 min early then spent about 9 extra min waiting for a bunch of orders for what I think was door dash to finish and then I was given my food and I left. Other then that the place was pretty cold.Parking: There's lots of parking but finding a spot that's close to the store is hard and a lot of non handicapped drivers are taking up the handicapped spots.
