KFC always consistent is the service that always is horrible and my fault for not checking before pulling out but how do you screw up a chicken tender order.
The Team needs to be retrained on KFC policies and Customer Service.The food was horrendous ? 1.Chicken was terible, texture, quality and presentation.2. the Coleslaw was like soup, very watery, now you can imagine the rest of the food? I should of reed the reviews before going to this location,Looks like nothing has change.

Paid $30 for an 8 piece chicken only bucket, that’s ridiculous. And for home and the absolute smallest pieces of chicken ever. Don’t usually eat KFC and now I remember why.The drive through service person was very nice though!!! The only good thing

Sometimes I just pickup a large coleslaw to have with things i made at home I was disappointed and disgusted with my last purchase as it wasn't even their company's coleslaw but some other commercial brand

Everything was made fresh and hot. Got a chicken sandwich, nuggets and fries.
The evening manager, 5pm 10/7 was incredibly rude. I had placed an online order and had to get out of my car to come in because they couldn't find it. She refused to look at my order number. Fortunately, one of the employees recognized that my food was sitting there and handed it to me. The employee was more competent than the manager.
