Disgusting burger cold, cheese not melted done with fast food especially McDonald's

A complete dump of a McDonald's with people who can't read or speak English.Took 30 min for coffee and ended up with a bag of sugar and creme cause nobody can read English properly.Can we just get rid of this McDonald's please. Stop turning bristol into new britain. Whoever is in charge of the revitalization needs to be fired.

Not the place to go if you have somewhere to be in the next hour. Completely under staffed at all times, lines out the driveway, backed up in store for hours with a female manager not fit for her job and has no clue how to run herself let alone a fast food restaurant.Not English speaking friendly at all. 6 people on the window while nobody serves the front end and the only person that speaks English is the manager who sits on her phone in the office. Better off going to the burger king 0.001 miles next door.

If I could do zero stars I would … this location has gotten so bad . No one speaks English and when u try to communicate they don’t understand you .. how do you have ppl working a drive thru that cannot communicate properly with the public ?? The whole crew is Spanish speaking very little amount of English speaking crew .. we go there everyday for the same things coffee and soda .. its the little thing my elderly mom enjoys and they get it wrong every single time … its to the point that we are gonna drive across town to the other location bc the service is decent over there .. please do better otherwise downtown Bristol will start going elsewhere …

What's the point of placing a mobile order thru the app ahead of time and waiting at curbside pickup if people that go in the drive thru after you arrive get their food before you do?. Don't order curbside pickup at this McDonald's unless you feel like waiting for 20+ minutes

Literally the WORST McDonalds I've ever been to. Every singe time we come here, they get SOMETHING in the order wrong. Last time, I got a spicy chicken sandwich and not the burger I ordered. This time they charged us for a triple cheeseburger, th3 stickers even said it and yet it was a regular cheese burger, and they forgot the sauce which you pay extra for now as well. As we pulled over to get our meal fixed, 3 others from the drive through did the exact same. Just go somewhere else, it's not worth the 30 minute wait in the drivethrough for them to mess up every time.

First off we tried to add more to our order they wouldn’t let us ! then we get our drinks first no ice in two of them then she says it the Machine the only adds ice to one of our drinks , then gives us our food and fries are cold rushs us out of the line when we are trying to let her know then just says “we are too busy bye” then we check all of our food is wrong and cold! don’t go here unless they learn how to do there job!!

Wait in line for 10 minutes. All they care about is drive thru and doordash.Girl finally comes to take my order. Can’t understand English. “Manager” comes over. Barley speaks English. All I wanted was an ice coffee and you would think I was asking them for something they didn’t sell….I wounded why no one wants to work here.
