This is me having tomatoes. Worst grinder I have ever had. I got 3 grinders and all of them only have a piece of tomato on a foot long. They also did not write what each grinder was so we had to open them all to see who’s is who’s.

First of all this is not a sit-down so atmosphere does not matter. The counter help is generally nice and the Calzones are OUTSTANDING! They also deliver, but I happened to be passing by. The pizza is good, but I LOVE their Calzones. You start with a basic cheese Calzones and then add what you want. For me it's spinach and ham with extra mozz and their luxurious garlic dipping sauce.And they are open to midnight!Dietary restrictions: They are happy to assist with dietary restrictions when needed.

We ordered the 20 wings, which you can get half bone in and half boneless, and they both were FANTASTIC! My kids are picky about their wings and everyone absolutely loved these, they were hot and crispy and both the buffalo and mango habanero sauces were delicious! We're newer to Bristol and are so happy we found this place. Even when it was busy the staff we dealt with, Nadia and Molly, we're so kind, friendly and helpful! Definitely impressed and it's now one of our new favorite spots.

We started ordering from here about a year ago. In that time the food has gone from pretty good to inedible. We ordered wings last night. I don't know what they did to them, but they were hard as a rock. When I tried to eat the first one, I couldn't tell the difference between the meat and the bone when I was biting into it. Also, when I picked up the drumettes, the end that you hold was cold! I'm talking refrigerator cold! A while ago, we ordered a chef's salad to share. What we received literally had slimy cucumbers and lettuce! It looked like it had been sitting in a fridge for a at at least a week! It was pretty disgusting. We called and told them what we received, and they delivered a new one, which was much better and we appreciated them making good on the order. That's why I am giving 2 stars. I just wish the quality of their food would go back to the way was, it was fresh, hot and delicious. After this one. we will not be ordering from them again.

First and last time ever eating here. The food was horrible. After eating two slices of pizza I immediately regretted it. Felt sick immediately after. I would not recommend eating here at all. It's open late which is the only good thing and that's only good to drunk people that don't care what they eat. I might force myself to vomit so I don't get food poisoning but the fear of having to taste it again makes me not want to. I had one wing and stopped because they smelled and tasted like some type of chemical was on them.
It was gross 3 kids running around 5 people inside sitting on tables pizza s on the floor in the freezer spent. Pizza was trash under cooked peppers and 8 slices to a large someone must of oet the kids cut it never

The Night Shift manager is horrible to deal with. She gives a nasty attitude, we have a problem with her every time . She should not be working in customer service if she doesn’t know how to treat the customers . I will be looking to order else where from

The website says they deliver 20 miles. I called to inquire. I am 18 miles away and was told "we don't deliver to Waterbury". Doesn't make sense. 20 miles is 20 miles... Guess Waterbury money isn't good enough to them.
