This place was perfection. We came in late. Got seated immediately. Drinks were good. Food was amazing. Staff was friendly. Atmosphere was top tier. The smoked Mac fries can't be beat. Amazing. I want them now. The burgers were delicious, juicy, and just pleasing to the stomach. The onion rings were crispy. No complains from us.

Someone at the carousel museum around the corner recommended this restaurant for a mid-afternoon lunch, and we were all impressed with the quality of the food and service. It's a nice local pub with a variety of pub-style fare, but everything was made well and freshly. Our waitress was very accommodating and patient with us as we navigated the meal (we had two small, loud children with us; our waitress brought crayons, paper, and child-friendly cups). We all ended up ordering the Beyond Burger, and despite the multiple needs and various dietary preferences involved, the food was still very good! Prices were very reasonable.

The atmosphere is perfect for casual. Tall ceilings, brick walls, and excellent decorations for a comfortable experience. There is a new head chef and a new menu as of today. Everything has been excellent, and I'm excited to work through the new menu! The owners are the friendliest people in town! I'll be back again!

It's a long story but to summarize I looked at their new menu today frankly I'm shocked $42 for steak is a little much I stop by tonight just to see if people turned out on the first night of the new menu I spoke to the owner that I had been having a conversation with on Facebook about the new menu he became very defensive rather rude I was talking to other people sitting at the bar I was verbally assaulted by the waitress saying I shouldn't be talking about such things at the establishment she even went on to mention that I had been there in the past with dates that I had met online why would that have anything to do with her is she jealous seriously needs to get a life I told her that you can't insult the customers no matter what isn't that rule 101 customer service? The owner said he owns many other businesses in town I think he spreading himself a bit then $42 for a steak is a bit much but when you're located in Bristol Connecticut you've really got to be kidding just thought I'd put it out there and I really don't think the bartender should be or hearing your conversations and then comment on conversations you have with them in the past it's just laughable who the hell is she and who does he owner think he is Obviously better than everybody else just an opinion you can make your own but be careful what you say they're listening

Enjoyed it thoroughly. Everything tasted fresh and had its own unique taste. I highly recommend dessert! My waitress was attentive and friendly and I never felt rushed. I would tell my friends and family about this place...as well as all of you!

Just like their sister restaurant Parkside Café I've never had a bad experience here from the food to their friendly service. Love the menu and the ambience is so warm. So glad to have this restaurant as an option!

Me and my boyfriend went on a date here after many recommendations to come, and it was great! We shared the pub fries which were delicious, split a burger, and some dirty wings; all were so good! There was a live singer, who we loved! Our waitress was great - and so were the drinks she served. Overall, a great experience! Will definitely be coming back.
