I just paid 60 dollars worth of food, this is my scramble eggs for the amount of money I paid for, the staffs are amazing but paying 60 dollars worth of food and this is what I get for my scramble eggs is pretty silly.

Love this spot. Everything is well portioned, fresh, and comes out quickly. Can't say enough about the service staff and their continued excellence. This has easily been one of the staples of breakfast/lunch service in Bristol for many years and will continue with its imminent local support. As a BC alum the dark red booths have always done it for me

Foods good, But staff Is clearly Not experienced except There is one waitress. There is the reason why I still go. If she leaves, I'll move on. But the real reason why they get too starz is. They do not like service dogs. The owner of the restaurant Kix them out. Doesn't matter if your service dogs are not. I find this extremely Disrespectful to the.Disability community

I'm not usually one to complain about things but I was really disappointed about the food quality and how upcharged I was. Asked for sweet tea, I got unsweetened. I asked for chocolate chips in my pancakes and got charged extra for them and there was no chocolate chips. My home fries were unseasoned and bland and my toast was soggy and cold. Somehow ended up being 40 dollars between me and my boyfriend even though the prices on the menu didn't add up that way. Definitely disappointed and not going to be going back :/

Prices to high, food not good. Found out that one of the best employees was let go after 18 years,.and a non-English speaking and understanding family member hired in her place. We have been customers for over 15 years. Place has gone down the toilet.

I have been a customer for years but I'm done. For the third visit in a row, food was not as ordered and it's gotten too expensive. The staff is rushing around so much it's challenging to inform them of food not as ordered.

sue was our waitress, she needs a raise! she does a great job. she ran around taking orders, bussing her own tables, dealing with an unhappy customer a few tables over , and managed to stay pleasant. our food came out very quickly and she was very attentive with refills.

Not autism friendly, My family had gone their on a sunday and my asd daughter was having an episode all because she was previously told that she was grounded from the computer because she was using it inappropriately. Due to this she had caused a scene in the restuarent and we were doing our best to calm her down but nothing was working then a women had yelled at us for interrupting her breakfast. And when i came home i recieved a threatening email from a waitress claiming that if me and my family go to riverside restaurant again and cauise a scene child protective services would be recieving a call about us. All because my daughter was having an episode.......If you dont know the full extent of a person or thier situation its better to ask about it instead of placing a call to child services and judging parents who are just trying to calm the situationKid-friendliness: awful not autism or special need friendly have no understanding or compassion for people with special needs

They have one of the juiciest steak grinders I've eva tasted and they're full and big.The steak fajitas are fire ? ? too.If in Bristol, CT you need to stop by but remember they're closed at 2 pm, I think ?.Vegetarian options: Not sure. Didn't order any of that...Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs for the lil ones. And buster seats for your todllers.Their menu is also very kid friendly. My grandson loves their French Toast and Sramble Eggs.Wheelchair accessibility: Not sure didn't look.
