What a fantastic restaurant in Bristol, CT.Their food is some of the finest cuisine I've even tasted. The staff was more than accommodating. The owner is so gracious. Good was good. I ordered pick up. Obviously the tip screen was up when i paid cash and picked up my own order. Change was less than a doller, but not the point, the principle. Girl took the money and said have a nice night, then disappeared. I wouldve gone back

Servers gave us drinks they were fine, we ordered loaded pirogies which tasted like they were frozen fried and greasy, we then went for the pizza for our entrees my girlfriend got the buffalo chicken pizza which should be called blue cheese pizza cause there was a mountain of blue cheese on her pizza. I got the philicheese steak pizza which tasted like they mixed teriyaki sauce in the steak which made the pizza taste like I was having a lo mein pizza, it was disgusting. There was also fruit flies flying around our food and faces the whole time. Was very disappointed after seeing this have high reviews and was expecting to have a much better experience.

From service to everything coming from the Chef/Owner out of their kitchen is hands-down 100/10!! Prices are great, quality is mind blowing. This Chef has cracked the code on diverse menus because he makes 100% of every dish with love. Very nice interior and ambiance. Food was very comforting. Service could use improvement. Waiter was very pushy, made harsh assumptions and showed a lack of understanding and compassion making me feel very disrespected and uncomfortable. The owner had to stepped in and showed the compassion the situation deserved and rectified it. Due to the interaction, her service was very awkward the rest of the stay, so I left with a bitter taste in my mouth. She seemed young so hopefully she gets some more experience and learns from this one. I'd give five stars if it wasn't for her.
