Food tastes better than most of these chinese restaurants but their customer service sucks. Their pork fried rice is mid nothing special. The boneless spare ribs are great. But I don't know if they use google to place their orders but whatever answering service they use are terrible. Majority of the time they don't know fluent english. And there is a lot of miscommunication between the restaurant and the answering service. There is too much back and forth.

Did not like this place at all. First, the entrance door confused me as it was an open door with a weird take out setup. The employee looked at me like u was stupid but that's ok lol. I ordered boneless BBQ ribs...I couldn't believe how dry this pork was! It was hard, very dark, dry and kept getting stuck in my teeth, the flavor was good but after a few pieces I threw it out. Chicken lo mein...noodles were good, chicken was tender but not much flavor. Sesame chicken, I requested all white meat...unfortunately they used the sweet and sour battered chicken so it was soggy, flavor was good though. Finally the pork egg roll...that was the best part of my order. Unfortunately my hunt for really good Chinese food in Bristol continues. $34 down the drain ?

First, I think the restaurant has become extremely overpriced. The beef skewer for almost $12 is not worth it and overpriced. However, it tasted good. The beef lomain for $14 and the honey chucken for $14 came half filled with rice. What used to be a good size portion has now been reduced and completed with rice instead. I’m a long term customer but unhappy now. I spent $60 on what I think should have cost me no more than $40. I don’t think it’s right

I got the General Tso's chicken and it was not good--it was this chemical-looking bright red color with a congealed sauce, and there was no broccoli or vegetable of any kind. The white rice portion was super tiny. There are far better Chinese places around, don't waste your time or money on this one.

Always good, a step above the average Chinese food. Good price, but not dine in option, which I Believe is covid's fault.Wheelchair accessibility: No dine in, but yes a wheel chair can roll outside in the winter with your poor grandmother in it while the wind blows her wig around.

I stopped going here because the food became horrible I decided to give them another try because my normal spot was closed and I wish I didn't waist my money on this trash the egg rolls tasted like cardboard the chicken was rubbery and the rice had no taste I would not recommend anyone try this place they were good at one point don't know what happened

Ordered on Uber eats, the chicken with broccoli combo and spareribs combo and fried dumplings. There was like no pieces of chicken. It was more like broccoli with chicken.. so stingy. The dumplings were soggy and burnt. Def not ordering here

Tried for first time instead of our normal place and will be going here now. Rice and food tasted fresher and it was all great. Very nice employees also!!!! Ordered online and it was very simple.
