First and foremost shout on Ben Pinson. We've learned alot and your words have held an immense value to us in this review. That being said you were DEAD wrong. Off first sip I could see how you could mistakenly identify this as a BLACKBERRY slush. Once educated by an intelligent Sonic representative, that the drink you were consuming was in-fact COTTON CANDY. It becomes inadvertently clear in our taste pallete, dont know where you went wrong. Just to conclude, the fact you kept spreading false narratives that this drink tastes like "grape kool-aid" is to be frank, disgusting to say the least. We dont want to speak on this for any longer it is causing strain in the relationship and we just cannot afford that as of right now. Our experience however, we're not really sure. Off rip my date stumbled over his words at the drive through. We were delighted to know that the blackout slushie was still available even though april 8th came and went (ask dana, long story) We got got on the small size though (again) you and dazzling pho should hit a collab, both just pissed us off. Peep other reviews. Hella cream everywhere in my car. No seriously, the slush to cream ratio was just abysmal. Definitely would like a better performance next time. To be frank, we did devour it bad bad bad. We also tapped into boba today, we are ashamed dont bring it up (touchy topic) ITS TWO SPOONS (shoutout sweet frog) AND ITS COTTON CANDY.

The food is good everyone but the service is terrible. I ordered for pickup and set to the stalls and they never showed at the time my food was supposed to be ready, so I had to call and ask why my food wasn't ready and they said that the stalls were closed but the stall should have said it was closed. So I went through the drive through and waited almost a half hour in line for my food finally. Food came out ready and hot but fast food should be fast

Man, the rumors are true. The wait for my food was maybe 10-15 minutes. The server forgot my drink. I made the mistake of going through the drive-through to get it because I wasn't sure if he was coming back to the booth. That took even longer. My burger barely had an bacon on it. Not worth the amount of money spent.

The last few times I’ve been here, whether it’s busy or not, the drive through takes 20-30 minutes. This location needs an off-ramp so you can bail.

Poor service, I ordered an Ocean Water with Nerds no Nerds were in the drink. My hamburger order only was with lettuce and onions they still added other toppings. I don't recommend this location. NO ICE CREAM AND IT WAS 9:30 IT CLOSES AT MIDNIGHT NO CHILI DOGS FOR THE CHILI DOGS!!!!!!!

Service is painfully slow. Been sitting in the drive thru line for 20 minutes now, and it hasn't moved once. I'd leave but A) I've already paid, and B) I'm trapped on the drive thru line itself. It cannot seriously take this long. Just a recommendation to the owner, fire all of your employees and hire new COMPETENT ONES that can actually do the job correctly and efficiently.For my first time ever at Sonic, this is atrocious.Edit: Finally got my food. Found a long hair on my pretzel. I don't have long hair. And it came out of the bag. I'm completely disgusted and I want to puke. If I could give 0 stars here I would.

Boycott this Sonic !!! I used to go here 2-3 days a week, and recently had to wait 20 minutes in the drive through while they let Door Dash drivers phone in orders then walk up, cut the line of cars at the drive through window and serviced them while I was waiting. So much for first come first serve. I was so mad I drove off without getting my order and now go to a place down the street that treats customers with respect. They don’t deserve my business!!!

Ordered on the app while sitting in one of the stalls. Didn't take too long to get our food but they forgot an item. Pushed the button for assistance and no answer. Waited 10 minutes and saw 4 people go through the drive-thru. Got out of the stall and got in the drive-thru line. Got my missing item and some dessert. Overall I would go back there. It takes a little bit for your food but it wasn't bad.

Got two super sonic bacon burgers, large fry, onion rings, diet coke and a root beer! $32.50!! The rings were gross the burgers kind of okay, the fries were not good and the sodas were nothing more than a cup of ice!! Long wait to get our food! Would never go there again for sure!!! The Manger of the store was susspose to call me yesterday! Still waiting! They just don't care!! UPDATE still waiting for a call from the Manger! Terrible company does not care about customers!! UPDATE today is 11-19 2023 and the Manger still has not called me yet as she promised! I got ripped off big time! Stay away from this place!!
