Called before time to make sure there was lanes available, lady on the phone said ofcourse there’s a ton open. I get there not even 30 mins later and there’s a waiting list that was 35-45 mins long. They do whatever just to get you in the door because there’s an arcade attached and they want you to spend money. Place is a joke , wasted time for nothing .

Fun place. But it used to be so easy there. Now have to reserve online or wait 2 hours ?? Happened two times to me then me and my kids just play in the arcade and leave. Miss how simple it was to just go bowling. I like the place but can never fully enjoy it since the change

We really enjoy this place, the prices are a bit steep for the arcade games, highly suggest going on half price Tuesday's, but it is still fun regardless. Haven't tried the bowling or laser tag yet, but the reason I'm writing this review is because of the restaurant inside. They are honestly sooooo good. You don't think of going to a bowling alley for good food, but I'd go there just for dinner even if we didn't intend on playing games. There is a lot to choose from, really good-sized portions for a reasonable price. I highly suggest having dinner there if you're in the area. I can't remember her name, but our server, who was also the bartender, was amazing!. Very personable and knowledgeable

There is a lot to do here for a fun afternoon with family and/or friends. We've had a lot of fun with the laser tag. I've been multiple times now and they always seem short staffed. As long as you don't need anything from a staff member, you'll be fine. Also, I wouldn't recommend getting food there. I waited over 30 mins (and still had no service) to order a pizza. The waitress always said she'll be right back but then would disappear. I would recommend going out to eat someplace else. There is no outdoor food allowed.

I go here pretty often. It's a nice place the atmosphere is always good. But I went there today and the lady working at the register wasn't really friendly. She was an older blond lady I think she's one of the managers she's usually here very often. She always seems to have an attitude when my friend and I come in even though we're nothing but friendly and patient. Maybe she should be retrained in customer service.

She was an older blond lady I think she's one of the managers she's usually here very often. We had my grandson's 6th Birthday? here and was told the attendant would handle everything. She didn't ?I had to constantly ask her to do things like napkins, pizza, help the children with organization with bowling turns etc. For the most she just stood back against the wall. ?These people should be better trained I am paying for convenience and me not having to worry about the party. To top it off they expect a gratuity.Disappointed ?

First time I come to this place for Christmas day and the fòod was horrible. I ordered me a burger that was messy, the patty looked like it was fried, the buns were saggy, and the lettuce looked old.I ordered a drink which name was "purple something" dont re all the other word but it suppose to be sour. However, the drink was overly sweet and tasted like cough medicine, Apparently, I was not the only one I saw woman returning her drinks too.The only good is that it was almost empty and not so noisy as Dave and Buster. We played some games and most of the machines worked but one was out service.Overall, if you are going to play maybe is a good option if you live close by but if you want good food and drinks I would suggest to look somewhere else.
