Marks service was above and beyond perfect. We had a large order and his customer service was amazing he makes all our food quickly efficient and delicious. Definitely will be coming back. And he let us know about the great app and rewards program.

This lady was the only worker when we got there we stood waiting to order our grinders because she was washing dishes in the back. When she finally noticed us she didn't even apologize for the wait and we didn't ring the bell so WE Weren't BEING RUDE. when she came over no smile no how are you today what can I get ya no nothing just what kind of bread do you want ... When my autistic daughter didn't answer her quick enough she repeated her question with an attitude like we were interrupting her day..... Horrible service. And because the managers don't have the workers wear name badges anymore I didn't even get her name. I didn't even order my grinder because we were so uncomfortable we wanted out of there.

This subway had poor customer service the employees were talking about their illnesses. There was only one person at the start of a lunch shift, and it was very dirty. I left because the person that was being serviced when I got there was still being serviced 10 minutes after being in line and there were people already ahead of me was not a good experience at all

They do NOT even deserve the 1 star should be 0 I don’t know if she was a management or what but the older lady who works here is EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I can’t not express enough avoid this location at all costs refused to allow me to order what I wanted on my sand which then overcharged me because she was mad I wanted extra olives on my sandwich and refused to put them on but them charged me extra for them! ridiculous subway has gone downhill 15$ for a sandwich is crazy for someone to dictate what I'm allowed to get on it she deserves to be fired and looked into and she yelled at her employee for trying to be understanding with me poor guy did not deserve to be treated that way by her i wish i got her name because she is the worst person I've ever met and had no problem back-talking and degrading me for trying to order my sandwich i will NEVER return here as long as she works here and will advice others not to as well.

Had a great experience at subway. Everything was super clean and the sandwich was great! Mark was the person making my sandwich and he was super nice and friendly. Will definitely be coming back! People like him, with his personality are the people that should be working at fast foods places. He was just awesome, great customer service!

So I went to your subway on Mother’s Day around 12:30 to get my family of 6 sandwiches. We brought in coupons to use as well, because obviously we are a big family. Right when we walked in and said we were getting 6 sandwiches this one girl with short hair immediately gave us attitude saying “6” like she was annoyed by the amount. So we obviously apologized, and ordered 5 instead. This girl with blonde hair and glasses came out and started helping her because obviously 5 sandwiches at rush hour is difficult. But there was no reason this girl was being the way she was about the order. We were notified that with the coupons we could only order from a specific menu and so we needed to call my mother to just make sure we got her order correct obviously with the change of ordering. And she when I was calling she gave attitude asking “okay we’ll do we know the next one.” The overall experience was unprofessional and upsetting.

I went here on March 27th 2023 at 345 the girl that made my sandwich did a very good job but the kid that cashed me out was just clocking In for 4:00. His hands were literally black. His subway shirt on the neck area under his chin was so so disgusting! His pants and shirt look like they haven't been washed in weeks. It looks like he ate something and it fell all over him... and he just didnt care about his appearance at all. When your making people's food u need to at least try and look Clean. I went there on another occasion and same thing with the same kid. Also he rushes through making your sandwich that it's all messed up all the mayo in one big glob in one spot u literally have to walk him through how to make a sandwhich.his mom is the manager and very good at her job u would think she would teach him beyter!!

The 2 young men who were working when I came, their names are (Eddie and Frankie). I know them both but this still should be a complaint. I was ordering a sandwich and one of the workers (Eddie) put one jalapeno and hot sauce on my sandwich (there was no customers in the store) so I started yelling no. The other worker Frankie didn't do anything wrong cause he was on break, but he did tell Eddie to put the hot sauce on. I hate spicy stuff and it makes my nose runny.And instead of cleaning they were fooling around. And one wasn't even wearing a work hat and they didn't wash their hands before putting gloves on.I know them because Eddie is my brother andFrankie is my friend
