There is a young man who works there named Russ believe he is the store manager makes my sandwiches soo good never disappoints always gets my sandwich tasting like it was made with love. Cameron is also very good if these two ever quit I would cry literally I literally only go to that subway for my stuff… They need to be recognized for all there hardwork… ?Kid-friendliness: Yes

Was told they would honor a coupon before I asked for my Grinder then at checkout same girl says nope its not for that and it cost me $17.00 for what I thought should have been $8.00 ...and the rude girls were laughing like it was a joke ...awful service and a horrible sandwich that should have been amazing considering what I paid !! I actually don't think they even deserve 1 star !

Was told they take coupons asked if it was for a steak they said yes then when I went to pay they said ot wasn't for that sandwich and cost me almost $18 for a Grinder I thought was 8.99 for the meal...incompetent employees and horrible communication... needless to say I will never go back ..and the young girls working were very rude when I asked why my order doubled in price I asked why they lied in the first place and was ignored

People are scam artists at this location pick any other one in Bristol you'll me good. Asked for a tuna grinder for barely enough to cover the bread then when I said something they charged me over 10 dollars for the sandwich saying I had to pay extra for tuna when they barely put enough to cover the bread. Scam artists and horrible customer service don't go here

I made an online order and requested extra tomatoes and because of that part of my sandwich slightly ripped, the employee added in complimentary cookies to make up for it! Super thoughtful staff here!
I think subway would be truly disappointed with this franchise you remember where's the beef but that's what this store is where's the meat wtf I'm out you should be inspected and shut down it's clean but not worth it

WOW!!! So this location has been redone (11/15/19) and the prices have increased $1 for EVERYTHING!!! 6" subs are now $7. Ironically the board above the workers heads no longer has the prices, just really nice pictures of food. Gee I wonder why? Because if you saw the new prices you would walk out!!! Not to mention this location has the smallest meat portions in the entire country. Unbelievable. See ya!

The only place I will eat tunafish outside of my house and know that 99% of the time it will be dead on! Gloves are worn, it is clean and the veggies are fresh.
