Waiting in line just for a Doordash driver to show up and jump the line. The one worker there started making his order which included 3 sandwiches. After waiting in line for 30 minutes and still not having a chance to put in my order I left. Very poor customer service. Won't be back again.

The gentleman working on 12/20 at 12 pm were awesome. Fast, friendly and attentive. I was very impressed because I feel that in this day and age it's very hard to get good staff at a QSR.

The man who made my sandwich was extremely nice but too soft spoken. There were no napkins in site of the place and not even in the bag to go. The soda machine literally spit at you so there's soda all-over the floor.
Girl working was rude, ordered smashed avocado for an extra $2 and had no avocado on my sandwich and hardly any meat either. At the other subways I can only finish half of my footlong and I save the other half. This time I finished the whole thing bc there was barely anything in it.

I understand reviews are reviews and y'all don't actually care to do something about the issues but I have more personality and energy in my right toe compared the people that work here. They all look at you but don't say hello? Like, am i inconveniencing you from something else? Instead of just reading the coupon I had y'all just say nah we can't take it? Like I know it's not the most exciting job but it's miserable in there.
