I've lived in Bristol my entire life this is the only place I get my Chinese food. This is a family-owned restaurant and they are very friendly and polite.

i have been going to this Chinese restaurant for it seems like forever. the married couple who own it and ran it were so very nice. but then they sold it and new people run it. but the food quality was still good and the people running are good. BUT the prices have gone up (like everything else has) and you no longer get a free item if you spend a certain amount. they no longer offer that.

I have ordered several times 18 piece shrimp to notice each time I am short 1 or 2 They can do that 18 times it's a free 18 piece shrimp they dont have to restock sounds silly but it's money do the math not allowing any resteraunt to short me food when I can't short them a nickle I want what I paid for tried to say the menu is ten Yeats old as if thats my fault you know what your doing to save a buck and try to argue with me on the phone I told them it's not the first time no mistake here purposely Watching that I know my order WILL NOT GIVE THEM ANY MORE MONEY IF THEY WANT TO CHEAT PEOPLE FORGET IT THERES BETTER UP THE STREET IN FARMINGTON

Almost raw chicken and extremely bland taste. Could have been a 4 or even 5 stars but Sun Fat just doesn't seem to care. There's nothing worse than chicken that is barely cooked, and the lack of flavor, especially in a dish such as Szechuan Chicken (and I asked for the Spicy option) is incomprehensible. I still gave it 3-Stars because the combo of ingredients was good, and the PFR actually had some pork in it. Also, the Fried Shrimp was excellent.Maybe Sun Fat just needs better management, with an eye toward quality control.

disappointed i buy for the second time, the food had hurt to me and my co-workers just a suggestion, you have to see that the food is well prepared and cooked and with its expiration time honestly i will not buy food on this site again.

Yes, food was really good. However upon picking up my food, I saw they had no hair nets or hats, hair wasn't even pulled in a bun and the lady scratched her hair and ear multiple times all while packaging the food???I did say something so hopefully they actually make the change which I highly doubt. So definitely check if your food has hair before consuming.
