Be AWARE Moldy place. Don’t eat there. They don’t clean the place and they aren’t sanitary. They will serve you moldy food. Be aware. Serving raw food too!!! I’ve seen it all first hand. Eat at your own risk. The place isn’t busy anymore for a reason. This place is discusting. They don’t use gloves nor do the wash there hands.

I think I'm officially done with this place. I started with Wings Over West Hartford 17 years ago and was super excited when they opened a location in Bristol. For the longest time, they were my favorite food. However, every time I've ordered from them in the past year, the boneless wings are super dry stringy pieces of nearly inedible chicken. I don't know if it's a cook time issue or a food quality issue, but it happens consistently and it's usually every piece of chicken in the order. Surely they must be aware of this issue by now, as I can't be the first to point it out, but it continues none-the-less. It truly saddens me. I introduced so many other people to the brand and we all loved having Wings as our favorite restaurant. Now it's just another underwhelming garbage takeout place.

ive been wanting to try this pace for a while. drove by it alot and finally decided to stop. I ordered a 6 piece sweet chilli traditional wing. it was the worst wing ive ever eaten. The wing was not seasoned at all. not even a lilttle bit. And the wings was a bit undercooked.... for a wing. Granted, for chicken, it was cooked perfectly. But a wing should be slightly over done for crunch and texture. otherwise its a baked wing with sauce. YUK. honestly a little bit of salt and pepper and about 5 more minutes of cooking would have made a huge difference. dont bother going not worth the money at all.

Good food but it’s expensive for what it is. Not their fault. Everything is expensive these days. Good lunch.

I ordered takeout from this wing place, and I must commend Rodney for going above and beyond. The wings were delicious, and Rodney's excellent service over the phone made the experience even better. He's really cool and made sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend for takeout!

I haven't actually gotten wings over bristol in awhile and was craving wings today. I got boneless wings and they were NOT good. The quality of the wings were terrible. The boneless wings I bought are more like chicken nuggets, the last time I bought them they were great chicken tenders with real chicken and with alot of sauce coating the chicken. The texture of the chicken was so gross it was inedible and there was almost no sauce on them they were so dry. And the last time I ordered the ranch was a good 4 oz container to come with the wings and when I bought them today I got only a 2 oz container and I had to pay for. Can most definitely say I won't order there again.

20 dollars for the worst chicken tenders I’ve had and six French fries. Really? You’d think a chicken place would at least have good chicken. overpriced and not good food.

Wings Over has a few locations here in CT and the one closer to where I live is on point with the food but this location is definitely a hit or miss type of foodnificent situation.Customer Service: (5 ALL DAY) I believe the associates name was Chris and from the moment I had walked in, he was warm, friendly and welcoming. Even offered to give me two different flavors on my 6 piece wing action, since y'all had just opened. He struck up great conversation while I was ordering and just had a unique disposition about himself that screamed, "Awe Inspiring Customer Service!" He mentioned that my order would take roughly 20 minutes and so I sat and made myself comfortable.Cleanliness: (5 ALL DAY) As I looked around the restaurant, you could tell that the closing shift hit all of the checks when it came to cleaning up and making sure everything was ready for business operation in the morning. I had even stepped into the bathroom and the trash had been emptied, toilet and sink cleaned with a freshly mopped floor. What else can you ask for?Food Quality: (2.5 go take a bath) I ordered the 6 wings and Tenders Combo. My first bite left much to be desired on your tater tots. Those bad boys came out soft and mushy, like fresh baby poop with the upset stomach. The fork. I had wasn't walking a straight line but had those tots been stable and crunchy, the fork and I wouldn't have had such a struggle just to pick the tots up. Now they did come with some leftover from the ghost of Christmas past; bacon that was more like bacon bits and some leave me alone cheese for that too was barely there but it is whatever it was. All I know is that the bite was frightful and scared my poor tastebuds into submission. It was like eating Gerber Tater Mush. Now we move over to those scary tenders, that also struggled to be. picked up by my fork. The skin was fragile - WHO gets fragile Tender Skin?? Well me, apparently! The skin was moving around as if it just wanted to slide itself from off the chicken and find a corner to die slowly in. The chicken wasn't too bad, a decent little bite to it and they honey bbq flavor tried its hardest to fight through and provide somebody's flavor but it just kept missing the mark of what any GOOD TENDER should be. It just kept saying, " I am a depressed Tender, leave me alone" As. for the Lemon Pepper dry rub wing, that packed a strong tangy flavor and had a good crisp on it. Small? Yes but it was still a good wing, as was the Cajun. Nice and spicy but not too crazy to the point you could not enjoy it but just enough to matter and even help out how bad the food options started. Overall, it was an ok experience but the food itself still needs some help in order to really shine through!!

This store is completely awful. The service is slow, never mind if you’re trying to place an order. Not to mention the “manager” would rather sit outside with employees talking and getting high. Unbelievable.
