Easy quick stop for breakfast, I gave it 3 stars because the coffee is not very good for a busy breakfast spot, and also the dinning area wasn't very clean, all the tables had Crumbs, and Spilt liquid on them, floors need sweeping, and the over all dinning area just looks out dated.The food on the other hand was tasty, The bagels had so many different flavors, along with so many different flavor cream cheese. They tosted the begals perfectly. Staff was friendly and fast.Ill definitely come back for the food but will probably have to stop someplace else for coffee.

Good bagels and cream cheese. Don't expect an NYC volume of cream cheese on your bagel (but then, that would be enough for two bagels :). Still, their 'schmear' always seems a little skimpy.

Stood in the pick up area for 10 mins when it wasn't busy and not a single worker asked what I needed only to be handed my food immediately after asking.One of the workers with a nose piercing walked by me multiple times and gave me dirty looks when I would look at him to try to get his attention for service.Terrible customer service.

I ordered three bagels with cc 6:30 this morning. I got there at 7:12 and the order not only wasn’t ready but it wasn’t started. Just about everytime I pre order it’s never ready. They use the excuse it was busy. There’s plenty of help in the back. Her answer to me was “it’s only ten minutes late. I’m a working man. Ten minutes is a lot. My last time going to bagleman. I’ll go to froggys.

If you are in the interest of ordering something and having it come out completely wrong, then ladies and gentlemen, bagelman is the place for you. I have maybe spent over 50 dollars in food I cannot eat because of the completely emphasis I give on “NO PORK.” Bagelman never listens, but if you want to go to a place that makes you feel like your talking to your wife, check out bagel man. They never listen.

This location is my favorite. We have 2 others nearby but this is my spot. For some reason, the hot chocolate here tastes different than their other locations. One thing I must praise Bagelman for is their acknowledgement of their customer base and finally bringing GF/vegan bagels which are pretty good. My other favorite thing is the mamas cheese bread with the vegan sausage Patty. Of course my family eats their norm regular foods such as regular bagels and chicken Patty sandwiches and so on... which they love. We love doing breakfasts or brunches here.
