This is one of my favorite restaurants! The food is excellent for it's price, especially it's enchiladas and other platos tipicos. The salsa is obviously made from scratch with only fresh tomatoes. They also have multiple options for sides when you're not in the mood for rice and beans. The staff is friendly and attentive. After going a few times I now feel like I am greeted by friends! Great drinks and specials, too. After a nice hearty meal they often bring out a bit of complimentary spiced wine as a digestif.. greatly appreciated!! Over all, this is one of my favorite places that I'm more that willing to take a trip to!

Always good. Love the guacamole and the mixed meat platter with chorizo, steak, chicken. Also, their special margarita with the lime boat is powerful and tasty. Never disappointed.

This place is absolute f****** garbage. I received a taco salad which was only a head of lettuce with grilled chicken tossed on top. It was f****** inedible. Next I asked for kids chicken nuggets because how could you possibly f*** that up? The chicken nuggets has freezer burn making them old and also f****** disgusting. I wasn't compensated and was charged for the entire meal even though items were barely touched and sent back to the kitchen. This isn't a Mexican restaurant it's a nightmare.

Stunning Mexican food prepared to age old family recipe specifications. Everything on their menu is great, and my family eats here quite often. Their mole sauce and chili relenno in particular are fantastic. Quick and stellar service always with friendly greetings. The drinks are great as well. Try the lime boat Margarita if you don't plan on driving!

This was the second disappointing trip to this establishment. The $22 grilled meat platter gave you enough of each kind of meat for maybe 2 tacos, the servers never brought refills on water until we asked 3 times, and they charged for seltzer water refills. I will say that the staff who was bussing tables was very sweet and tried to offer help when it was clear that the wait staff wasn't serving customers. We won't be back.

Definitely a good lunch deal in Brookfield! Most of the items on the lunch menu are $8-9, my cheese enchiladas were pretty decent. The chips and salsa were really fresh, the salsa was made that morning, you could tell. The servers were quick and attentive. I would go back.
I've eaten here twice and picked up takeout several times. The food has always been good as was the service when I ate there. Great salsa and my favorite entree is the carnitas de puerco with green tomatillo sauce.

Best salsa out of any of the area Mexican restaurants! Their guacamole is fresh and really good - no complaints at all! Their waitstaff is also very attentive and very friendly, and I love that you can sit outside and eat. I highly recommend this place for lunch or dinner; you won't be sorry!
