If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They have a relationship with DoorDash to deliver for local stores. We placed an order on Wendy’s app, they had it delivered by DoorDash. They food never arrived, we called DoorDash and they cancelled the order and were crediting us. Two months has passed, multiple phone calls and still no credit back. The local store blames DoorDadh and DoorDash says the Brookfield Ct store manager is to blame. Really sad what large companies are willing to do to consumers.

Unbelievable never again I order hamburger they gave me chicken sandwich plus they forgot one item, also I ask for sprite they gave me coke soda very far away for return back they definitely gave me a whole different order.

How many times I gotta ask to get my order right? 3 times!!! I explained throughly the first time to get it wrong then the second time to get it wrong again then for the third time to get something placed in my burger that don’t even come with it. To get an attitude from the workers. Like it’s my fault. This is not a faced past environment so it’s like not there busy. New people need to be hired here for real.

Message to the OWNER. Train your manager that currency is currency. This evening 12/19/23 I had placed an order and went to pay with American currency: (IKE Dollars, Susan B. Anthony's, & Kennedy Half Dollars) - I keep these in my truck for emergency $ or tolls. The manager wouldn't accept them as a form of payment and remained silent when I asked what the problem was. Could you imagine being hungry after a long day of work, going to one of your favorite spots & craving 1 of your favorite meals, only to have them deny a cash payment? Unacceptable
