Was here 11/11 @ 8:30am-waited exactly 18 minutes inside while new employee struggled to take my 2 drink orders and prepare. I understand learning on the job, but perhaps an acknowledgment to the customer such as “thank you for your patience. You can expect to dish out four dollars for an extra large hot coffee here, more than a 30% increase from their prices a year ago, and a dollar more expensive than other Dunkin' Donuts locations in the area... and the drink you paid $4 for will likely be a cup of scalding hot, flavorless brown water. You're much better off making your own coffee than wasting your money here.

Usually, they are *meh*. Today, this all changed when me and my fiance went through the drive thru super quick. We Ordered a coffee, 2 wake-up wraps, glazed donut and a strawberry frosted through the mobile app (which I always use). Pulled up to the speaker, let them know I had a mobile order they advised us they did not have the syrup I wanted for the coffee (new churro). I said okay and went with my usual, no big deal.
