This dunkin is awful with the inside counter. They always leave people waiting for 15 mins or longer and most of the employees are pretty rude. If you want something go through drive thru because they don’t care if you’re inside wanting to order.

Idk if there is a management issues or it’s just a DD service itself, all the time they are messing up an order, I would not recommend to go there, always keep forgetting to put something that you ordered and etc. I understand it’s to much to ask from a chain of the cheapest coffee and food, but, if you doing a service at least try to make it good.

I always get my order wrong, but there is no other D&D anywhere near, so I just have to go here, but if I had the choice to go somewhere else I'd go in a heart beat.All the staff are young kids who really don't pay attention to customers.

Our sandwich orders were completely messed up and missing ingredients. The bagels were very dry. I ordered a hot tea with 3 cream & 3 sugars; there was no sugar. First staff member we spoke with at the drive through didn’t understand our first sandwich order (multigrain bagel with turkey sausage, egg, and cheese) so a different staff member had to take over. Maybe she was still training? Would not recommend going here unless you go into the store to order and can double check everything’s correct before you leave.

I know that it's not this place's fault, because I'm pretty sure they're low on staff but come on! My bacon egg and cheese bagel was good, still stiff, but good. My iced chai was messed up, even though I don't know what they did. Tasted like water and milk. Barley had any sugar but was I guess fine with me.Honestly, at this point, I don't know if it's this place or Dunkins' in a whole, but I honestly would say: Starbucks

If I could give 0 stars I would. Both my sandwiches were cold and nasty looking, I think I’d get food poisoning if I ate them. For how long it took to get them out to me, you’d of thought they’d be relatively warm but no. They also didn’t put any sweetener in my drink even though they originally listed it on my order at the screen. Worst dunkin experience, 0/10
This morning, I ordered a black iced coffee with blueberry, it ended up tasting exactly like beef jerky. I come to this location every morning, not for the quality, but because it’s comical how often they get my coffee wrong. It actually puts a smile on my face knowing I’ll get a decent laugh. This is by far the worst dunkin’ in the state and possibly all of New England. I’m not even exaggerating it by saying it might be the worst location the tri-state area.

I frequently have issues with my orders at this dunkin, but usually let it slide because I am on my way to work. However the bagel with cream cheese I received this morning is just an insult in my opinion. Whoever made this needs to rewatch their training videos..

Great place caspar is awesome on front counter and Young guy on bagel station is very fast and precise.Only thing is that in the afternoon the service is not the same as morning hopefully they will work on that.

Ordered a toasted buttered bagel with cream cheese. They must have thought it was a joke to put more butter than cream cheese on it making it completely inedible. I mean by the time my son opened it to eat butter was dripping everywhere and took a bite it was all butter. This was terrible. It was a $4 bagel so I don’t care about that but I care about ordering something to eat to hold over for lunch and not being able to eat because the workers either thought it was funny/joke or didn’t care. No I don’t want anything from anyone just to not have it happen again because we use this Dunkin a lot.
