I live in town and stop there 5 times a week. They get the order correct about 50% of the time. I'm not sure what's wrong with their process compared to other locations. There's no way to get the order corrected (no inside service, which I get due to pandemic) without waiting in line for 20 additional minutes again. It really can't be as hard as they make it.
I was the only person in line and my order was messed up in three ways. Forgot a donut, toasted a bagel that wasn't supposed to be toasted, and was making tea instead of coffee. In addition, two of the three people had their masks on their chins with their noses exposed.

Hadteasing a croissant and a Cinnamon streusel muffin and coffee is delicious and my daughter had two croissants and a doughnut and coffee and it was a little expensive for me but it was our one-time out all week so it was fine so don't trip I had to leave their chouteau okay well thank you for the good service and in the North in the cold Chester
