When you say last call and I say give me a shot and then you take care of everyone else and then say sorry I already said last call to me when you already confirmed what kind of shot I wanted and then simply forgot that I wanted a shot then, it's the kind of thing that makes me not want to go back to your establishment. Especially when your reason for cutting people off early is the fact that you have to wake up in the morning to go to some other job well maybe they should hire somebody who is more dedicated to keeping their business as opposed to a person having difficulty managing their life style. Even though I still have to go here because I'm on a team, I will not be spending a penny in this place. Too offended when literally I only had two sips of my first drink of the day they want to treat me like I'm drunk or something. The most offensive part of all this is the amount of booze was fed to others was unethical and allowing them to drive was unethical but to treat me a person who is literally only had one drink the entire day like I deserve to be cut off is completely ridiculous and I will never spend money here again for as long as I remembered this horrible treatment.

I've been trying all the pizza places in the area & I'm a repeat customer of Crossroads. This delivery order was for a meat lovers & it was delicious! I'm not usually a fan of thinner pizza that requires two hands so the toppings don't fall off, but this one, I will order everyday if I could, health wise. It's saucy, & has some amazing cheese pull. The toppings are fresh & in abundance. Lately, I've been throwing hot sauce on my pizza to add flavor, but none required here!

Commit to the Orwellian nightmare concept and just throw the salad on top of the whole pizza/calzone/garlic knot monstrosity. Thanks.Also, online pricing is $10 cheaper than what you charge and would've been a far more reasonable price for what was actually received.Disappointing first encounter :(

Love this place, the staff are amazing and the service is great. However, they don't use the AC and the inside temp is 20° higher than outside and your beer gets warm before you can even finish half of it.

I had potato skins delivered w/ instructions of no bacon & ranch dressing on the side. They put the ranch under the cheese & no ranch on the side. I called to complain & they said I could go there to get my ranch. The potato skins were disgusting & I paid for the delivery because I didn't want to leave my house. They would not do anything to rectify the mistake they made & it cost me extra for the delivery.

We got our appetizer quickly but the garlic knots had so much garlic my friend coughed. Now it's been an hour and our food still isnt here. They did discount the meal but didn't inform us of this discount until this point.
