It’s not often I’m in Colchester, but we came to town to give Illiano’s a try! They have delicious NY style pizza and traditional Italian dishes. You can tell everything is made fresh! The pepperoni on the pizza had a nice crisp to it. All around a great meal, and I know if I lived closer this would be one of our go-to’s! Friendly staff and the mural in the front pizza parlor is so pretty!

I just ordered a salami grinder and it was 13 dollars it 4 slices of salami 2 slices of cheese 2 slices of tomato the rest was lettuce no oil or vinegar that I ask for never again

wow.... 3rd times the charm for hair in our food. I even waited to give a review for them to redeem themselves. The last time my bf & I's order was completely incorrect, & a hair in one of our dishes as well as the time before. It's almost like they do it on purpose the amount of times it's happened. 3 times is absolutely disgusting and y'all should get shut down. If i could give 0 stars i would. Terrible.

Illiano's is my go to spot every Tuesday with my grandson! We go to have a slice of pizza and we absolutely enjoy the staff. You can go in the back to the dining room for a little more privacy. The tables out front are where everyone picks up orders, but my grandson likes seeing people moving around. It's nice to have the option of where to sit, especially with little ones. Have been a customer for over 15 years, at Colchester location. Even when staff have tons of orders coming in and out, they do their best to remain helpful and courteous.
Only 2 people working and the card machine wasn't working. Both employees working on card machine ignoring customers. Our order got messed up so we left before getting to eat after a half hour wait after one meal was served and not the other because no one was attending to our needs. Sad. I use to love illianos but if this is what it's like, then management has gone down hill. If you're in the service business, service should be the priority and it surely wasn't this day.

Never an issue with the service, but I do have an issue with the fact that everytime we order a pizza we ask for the crust to be crispy, and everytime, it comes flimsy and we have to cook it more in our oven at home.

Pepperoni pizza dough wasn't cooked. I did not notice that until I was down the road. Pepperoni was laying on top of cheese and not like traditional pepperoni. This was my first visit and I am sure it will be my last. $25 for this large mess was way off the scale.
