“Hope is amazing to deal with. Ordering our cake was an easy process. The 3-tier cake for my 6 year old granddaughter was a spotlight at her party. It was beautiful just like we envisioned. we had tons of compliments that it was not only beautiful, it was delicious as well.“

“I would not recommend this place at all. The owner was so unprofessional and already had set the tone that she was not going to refund me back on a cake I ordered from her bakery. The cake looked nothing like the image I sent her! The rudeness was so unnecessary. I am completely shocked as an owner how she conducted herself. I even told her yes the cake was beautiful but it was not what I sent her. She told me they can't get always get it to what the customer sends. In all fairness it was not even close to what I wanted as top decorations. She put 3 fresh flowers on the cake. She was dismissive right away. Obviously had already made up her mind about this situation. Basically I was told by her you don't need to use us again. Of course I'm not. I also told her the cake was dry and no flavor, her response was of course it was. She tells me I knew this was going to be a problem from the geico. Who says that to their time customer? I am completely taken by Miriam the owner. I could keep going but at this point she just doesn't care about her customers feelings and making them feel good when ordering a special customized cake for a special day. No heart.“

“Donna, the owner, is an angel. The times I have gone in were last-minute, hair-on-fire moments. And each time, she's always smooth, calm & collected. Super-pleasant and always eager to please. She's the best!Recently, I called in the morning for my 11 year old's birthday gluten-free cupcake and then I forgot and the hours had already passed for them to be open, but Donna was still there and gladly opened the door and sold me the cupcake I needed. If that's not the epitome of customer service, I don't know what is. She cares and is always ready to help.As for the quality of the cupcakes, they are Simply Delicious and moist and overflowing with flavor and creativity. I bought some for some teachers at my child's school and they absolutely love them and everyone I know Raves about her and her service and the quality of her cupcakes.Whether it's in a pinch or if you're planning a big gathering, I know where I'm going to go... and it's here!Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free“

“Ricotta pies are to die for. The only thing that bugs me is that I never carry cash on me and they are an all cash business now. I guess my waistline will appreciate the numerous times I’ve driven by and not been able to stop and grab something.“

“It's Ben & Jerries. They are awesome. Though staff seem a little short staffed for the cleaning and last minute service needs. Seems like often one person is there to do it all. But may have been a call out that day. Always clean, variety offered.“

“Thank you to Carol and Heather for creating the most beautiful and tasty cake for my cousin's dragon themed baby shower. The shower was at a tea house so Heather topped the cake with an adorable dragon in a teacup which was so fitting for the occasion! The cake flavor itself was a recommendation from Carol: coconut cake with raspberry filling and was very good. My cousin is gluten free which is why I got this cake but majority of the people at the shower were not gluten free and couldn't even tell the difference. In fact, they are still talking about how amazing it was!“
