On a consistent basis this Dunkin messes up orders and takes an average of 12-minutes to get through the drive-through, at times it can be over 30-minutes.It’a faster to drive across town to the other location. Today was the last straw, and I finally decided to leave the review. Something has to change. Literally, slowing America down.

Avocado toast with bacon is my usual go-to order at Dunkin and I’ve never seen the bacon just laid out in full strips. Artisanal.Also their strawberry dragon fruit refresher is so gross. It’s basically all syrup. Idk if it was someone’s first day or what.Anyway I’m still appreciative of the staff, who are the backbone of this community and keep us cranky New Englanders well-caffeinated. They’re all pretty cool.

This Dunkin Donits on Shunpike Rd, Cromwell, CTTHE STAFF IS EXTREMELY RUDE, incompetent and lack of respect towards customers. Can pretty much “never” get the orders right. Today I had the drive by window slammed in my face because I asked “where’s my coffee”…… UNACCEPTABLE!!

The drive thru here must be the wost in all of america. How do you wait 30 mins in line then wait another 5 mins at the window??? I could have been to local diner sat down and ate in the time I waited to get horrible service and cold microwaved food.

First visit here. Drive thru looked busy, but I was going inside, so that didn't really matter to me. 7am ish for this visit. Service was friendly and understood what I was getting. Food was good, and coffee made the way requested. No issues.

I know when my coffee is and tastes correct.This location however does what they want to do. My coffee is never made right here. Once I had an order made wrong and they kept handing me the wrong order multiple times.Unfortunately there are places where employees are hardly trained correctly and for the right amount of time and it shows.

It always takes at least 15-20 minutes to get my order, which is just a bagel sandwich. Half the time it's wrong. It's on a croissant or sour dough bread and won't have the extra bacon I paid extra for.

Definitely one of the worst Dunkin 10 people working and couldn’t get a coffee done in acceptable amount of time waited almost 20mins I had to leave without my coffee that I paid for already because it was taking way to long
