Horrible service at first. Walked In to place an order on the kiosk, and there was no baha blast freeze option, so I tried to get help..... Kristy turns around when she realizes I need help, looks at me, then turns around, and literally just stands there with her back towards me. The manager sees this and comes to my assistance, and my problem was resolved. Thank you to the manager for the help, but something needs to be done about Kristy blatant attempts to ignore certain customers. I will continue to give thus venue bad reviews until thus employee gets her act together or she leaves this venue

I frequent the drive-thru on my way through to my appointments. The food is always perfect and the window staff (Ray, specifically) is always so nice. The customer service has actually been very good at all Taco Bell locations I've been to.

If you could give 0 starts then that's what this Taco Bell deserves. I usually place a mobile order (to save mine and the workers time) and when I get to the window I ask for fresh nacho fries. Without fail every time this Taco Bell gives a horrible attitude and takes FORVER while having nobody else in the store/in line. Bringing it back to the fries, today I went waitied a good five mins in line before receiving my food (which I was okay with cuz I expected fresh goods) but I was beyond disappointed to open the bag and find the STALEST fries I have ever seen. Now I work in fast food I know that it's not that hard to drop fresh fry's. when I came back into the Taco Bell and asked for fries that were actually fresh I was met with lots of attitude and comments from the workers in the back one of them was "this stupid bitch knows that there gonna taste the same right". It just bursts my bubble because I know working in fast food ISN'T THAT HARD. They also messed up bolth of me and my friends tacos but atp it was not worth a fight. So I say this with ALL the sincerity in my heart. DO.NOT.COME.TO.THIS.TACO.BELL. You would be better off getting food from a dumpster thank you
This is just for a quick bite to eat. Items range from Mexican pizza to soft tacos. Not too much to say about this establishment. Every now and then you may find some kind of twist on a new burrito. Just don't eat too much of this.
