I have been to this Wendys twice in the last month. The first time I was there It took me 10 minutes just to order and there wasn't anyone new in line just the people who already ordered their food waiting inside. A lady comes in while I wait presumably from the drive through saying that her food was cold. She gets her new meal before I get mine which I ordered 5 minutes ago. Wendy's is ALWAYS good. And this particular Wendy's ALWAYS has the most pleasant staff! Good fast food, good prices, and good service. That's what makes it successful.

I only go during lunchtime, so that's I will review. The drive thru line can get very long and can sometimes be very slow. Today was pretty fast. The service is good, and the employees are very nice and courteous. The food is usually fresh and hot at lunchtime, and they get the orders right every time. The only issue I have with this Wendy's is the entrance. There is a giant pothole on the Berlin Rd. entrance. Be very careful driving in, it's the type of pothole that will destroy...read full review
