This is our second time we have the opportunity to have Naj as our server once in take out yesterday and today as our waiter dining in.He gets a 5 star in every category. Service was excellent he was extremely friendly and polite. Also he was very good with the children. Service like this makes us make sure we keep coming back. Also the food is never a disappointment. Always top notch!!!!Thank you

After a couple of stressful days I stopped at this location and as I walked through the door I just felt this positive vibe from the young ladies at the doorAfter sitting at the bar for a few minutes I noticed everyone that works here has an amazing attitude and was working extremely well togetherThe Bartender was extremely nice and accommodatingIt was easy to identify the young man that was clearing plates, delivering food and talking to the customers was the Manager on duty(Roberto)He is setting the tone for his Team and in turn is giving every customer an Amazing experienceI realize this review may seem to be a bit muchBut I am inspired to write it due to my experienceThe Name on the Building may bring you inThe People inside Bring you BACK

The woman (and man) who brought my curbside order out at 8:30pm were not at all friendly. The man did not say much, he was fine, respectful, maybe training? But the woman had an attitude, came up to the car to my boyfriend driving and asked if he was picking up an order for a friend…..who are you to assume……only to continue to not be friendly or welcoming at all.

Walked in with wife on valentines day! Asked for a beer and some wings at the bar to the bartender! The lady then proceeded to the manager and said! " I don't feel safe serving those folks!" She then walked away and the manager came over and said! " I think your drunk! And I can give you chicken and water!" Lol!! Same time! He is yelling at my wife and I!. Told us that we can be good people and go somewhere else if we like!! Keep in mind! This was the first 5 min we walked in!! At the Same time the entire bar is staring at us! Because the manager is yelling this at me!! Ended up leaving and going to burger king!! I asked the acting manager to speak to an actual manager! and he denied me! Said I wasn't good enough to speak to anyone else!! Told me what he said was pretty much law!! And proceeded to say that he can get the cops on me!! Lol.. Gotta say!! This place just lost a family that enjoys this chain. 100% was targeted when I walked in with wife. This location needs some extra training!

I came into the Danbury location this last Friday with some of my friends, were a large party maybe 10 people, our server was Amber. Amber was a blast ! She was very personable, laugh at all our jokes, Didn’t have to write anything down and got all our food, correct which came out right away. We didn’t feel rushed. She also had great recommendations for trying new things. Overall, our experience was great and we will be back for more !
Anthony is truly a blessing! Didn’t have to ask him, he already knew the things we wanted. That’s experience at work! Great job T-Bone!

Good times, as usual with Applebee's. The bartender was cool and patient with my guest who had drank too much (being honest). She asked for a vodka and he kindly suggested a water first, which was cool, and helped alot. Overall a good time. B+
