Another super-duper Auntie Anne's pretzel factory. What a wonderful delight it was to catch some snacks on the way out the Danbury Mall. My pigs in blankets and pretzels were very tasty. This Auntie Anne's is clean, open, bright, stocked, features what appeared like brand new and polished signs and branding. The staff is very helpful - even when you are digging for your money :). The staff was superbly trained. Each employee was happily working the doughs, pouring drinks, shuffling around busily and serving harried customers in the best way.Auntie Anne's is the true-and-tested snack factory at Danbury!Review: 5+

It's an Auntie Anne's at a mall so you probably know what to expect. I can't vouch for how healthy this food is for you (probably not very) but it's really good and if you've been dragged around a mall for several hours with your husband and mother-in-law, it's the perfect pick me up. Those delicious pretzel bites and a lemonade are a perfect snack. There's often a long line but it usually moves pretty face so don't deny yourself the pleasure of some wonderful Auntie Anne's.

The guy today working huffed at my face after I asked politely for pretzels, rolled his eyes at me than yelled at me after i asked him to repeat himself because he mumbled. Absolute worse service i’ve ever come by. He was incredibly rude and might as well have slapped me because i was emotionally hurt.

Fast service. The line was long as is decently typical, but the wait really wasn't bad. Same great quality as other locations. Delicious fresh buttery pretzels.
