The service from the greeting at the door to the service at the bar, and my food being served was great. I had the filet mignon and was cooked exactly as I asked for it. It was delicious. We had dessert the cheesecake with blueberries, and that was also very good. I recommend this place and I know we will

Well me and my wife decided to give this place a try for the first time and sad to say right off the bat we were very disappointed the host or the owner was very polite and very kind brought us to our table and the lovely waitress was very polite and very professional as well I wound up ordering a bacon cheeseburger or the barbarie’s burger with the order of fries which came with Pickles Mayo and all the trimming as well as the American cheese and bacon we had also ordered a salmon dish as well on regards to my dish I was very disappointed on what I paid for the amount of money to have a burger coming out on a brioche bun which was probably half the size of the role itself and not to mention the role was burnt pretty decent on the bottom and top so we were pretty upset with this not to mention the burnt flavor taste that we got through the whole burger we did not wait that long and we did not want to wait any longer so we decided to eat what we could salvage on regards to my wife's order the salmon was very plain and bland basically no seasoning whatsoever and was not cooked to perfection in any way actually was kind of a little bit undercooked in the middle now please keep in mind that there was no one there due to the Super bowl there was basically 3 tables so I'm not quite sure how someone can burn the burger as well as the role and still have the audacity to serve it to someone like that. Sad to say we will never go back due to the fact for the price that we paid for and the quantity that we got was not well worth it in any way once again owners and the Hostess and waitresses were very polite but sad to say the food definitely was not worth $85 for what we paid for.

The food was bad, burger and french toast both burned and mostly flavorless. The buffalo chicken pizza was okay but nothing great. The ambiance feels more like a hotel lobby than anything. Wouldn’t recommend.

The menu is unique with a wide variety of choices. Upscale diner menu. The prices are expensive for the choices. I had the chicken milanesse. It was tasty but not a $25 dish.

Found a piece of plastic in my salad, the cheese on the onion soup was way too chewy, ribs were served Luke warm and I had to send them back for a re-heat. The manager sent us 2 fried shrimp that we didn't order as a courtesy instead of addressing or apologizing for the reason there was plastic in the salad . No candle for my bday dessert. It's Just too bad this all occurred on my Birthday, as it was a special occasion and the reason we thought Barbaries Grill would be an extra special treat. We were wrong!.

Small birthday group on November 11. The restaurant was nearly to capacity. We were initially shown to the wrong space so I've had to deduct a star for that as it caused additional confusion and did not give us a sense of confidence that the plan would go off without a hitch. Once the Issue was corrected, I asked to be introduced to our server, whose name was Adan. He was upbeat, professional, hospitable, and efficient. He did a great job with our table of 12 supported by courteous and pleasant service staff. The bread basket was underwhelming with a heavy Loaf, but the appetizers were a big hit: roasted brussels sprouts, calamari, the Barada appetizer was odd. Tiny balls of Barada with barely enough filling to make any impact but the idea was enjoyed by everyone at the table. Appetizers ranged from $12-$18 so bring your credit card. Our tables not a real drinking crowd, but we ordered a bottle or two of wine and a couple of beers and mixed drinks. They were fine.ENTREES: our guests enjoyed the following entrées: roasted chicken with mashed potatoes- generous portion, but very bland. I would forgo this as you can make it at home. The Chilean Seabass over risotto was a hit. Lots of garlic, so forewarned., Chicken Parmesan, rigatoni, Bolognese, à la Barata, and a few others seemed well received. A half a star for some inconsistencies in, the price/value. I was quite satisfied with my coconut shrimp as a main course. Four jumbo shrimp drenched in coconut and deep fried to perfection with a side of sweet and spicy chili sauce. This was a $17 appetizer but in my CASE served me well as an entrée. We brought our own dessert which was a special request from the birthday girl, so I cannot attest to the dessert quality. All in all, 12 of us, an assortment of drinks, and a bottle of wine, 11 entrées, and five or six appetizers to sharecame in at $619 before tip. I added half a star for the excellent experience we had.
