Terrible vending machine service, I proceeded to purchase a product 3 different times as it only wedged the product deeper in the spool. I tried reaching out to the hotline but of course received a voicemail. I probably will never hear back from them which is why I’ve come here; to let you know of them.

Don’t use your phone / Apple Pay in the machine. They automatically (later) charge you more than what the price is. (I don’t even think this is legal!

Vending machine at Avon Old Farms took my money and the Skittles didn’t dispense. I tried calling the number on the machine and following the instructions to leave a message but I couldn’t. Nobody likes a scam with bad customer service.

The machines in the Sikorsky aircraft plant have been broken for near a month now. Most of them won't take cards and say "too many transactions", they steal your money when you put cash in. Some people are talking about filling the cash slots with aircraft adhesives to keep people from getting robbed, good luck fixing that if they folow through. Hopefully the money this company saved on card transaction fees will cover fixing it but I have my doubts, that adhesive is really strong and gets everywhere.Vandalism is wrong kids, it hurts businesses and is hard to recoup costs from since it's tough to find who did it.

Used to be fine with their services, the machines ran dry and someone came and filled it back up. Not a big deal since they had good prices. Then the food stocked began expiring, like a week or 2 expired not a big deal. Someone makes a fuss and they come and exchange expired food out and then double the prices. Funny the machine never runs out anymore, think people wised up and began doing Costco runs

Machines overpriced and steal your money more often than they give you merch. Maintenance is pathetic, broken more often than not. I'm down about $10 since christmas.
Their vending machines won't give change back for cash without a purchase being made, and it doesn't say that anywhere on or near the machines. For a broke college student who can't afford to lose a dollar that's a real problem, and one that could be avoided with some basic signage. I called their service number and left a message, hopefully they will give me a refund after i speak them with since I didn't get any goods or services in exchange for my money.

Driver always very helpful. The company I work for has had their soda machine for several years. Recently we had an issue with the machine that the driver couldn't fix. The customer service rep was polite and quickly sent out a tech. Very pleased with the quick service.

We went a month without having our vending machine stocked. Once they did, they increased the cost of a single 12 oz. can of soda from $1.25 to $1.75. This is clearly an error as the cost for a 20 oz bottle was $1.75. The sticker still reads $1.25, but they are charging the credit cards $1.75. Repeated call to speak with a manager/supervisor are met with, "There isn't anyone here now, but they will call you back." No one has called back yet...
