I ordered the chicken sandwich and the chicken was rock hard. The kind of rock hard you get when you microwave something too long. I thought to myself, okay this can happen to anybody one time so the next week I ordered the chicken sandwich again and again the chicken was rock hard. I notified the restaurant and they didn't seem to care so this gets a poor rating from me on both food quality and customer service.

Horrible, the chicken was totally burnt. I ordered some chicken nuggets and they looked brown when smelling them, they smell terrible and when they tasted they tasted sour. Obviously we won't be back, but I would recommend being a little more careful with the way you prepare the food. Everything was very unpleasant.

Great customer service staff was very polite and friendly!!! I was a bit disappointed because I was trying to place the order online and it said they were currently out of the grilled nuggets to my surprise the workers said they were not out!!! I'm glad I stopped by and would highly recommend especially in comparison to Chick-fil-A's which were the greasy[est] things ever it was all you could taste even after trying to whip it off!!! In any case I hope this is a permanent fixture on the menu because I will definitely be back. You all can thank me later lol ?

I used to go to Boston Market all the time with my family, but now I must say it was a shadow of its former self the last time I visited.I wanted to get the limited edition Peri-Peri chicken, but that wasn't available, so I got the regular chicken with 2 sides (although my favorite side, the macaroni and cheese, was also absent). The chicken was very greasy and the skin was burnt, as if it had been on the rotisserie for too long.The side dishes I got (stuffing, mashed potatoes, and cornbread) were quite good, but overall I was very disappointed with my experience.

Its not the place.....its the chicken pot pie. It has been great, a comfort food through the years. You CHANGED IT AND ITS AWFUL!!!!!!

Thank you Boston Market Danbury to open on Thanksgiving Day! The hard work of your employees are greatly appreciated. Because of you, me and my daughter can have a delicious meal today.I was in and out in less than 10 mins. There were couple of people waiting for pick-up. The food is hot, fresh and reasonably priced. If you have a small family like me ( or a big family ), Boston Market is a great place to get your holiday meals without the hassle of cooking!

I wont be eating here because of all the negative reviews, especially the one about the rats. I wanted to eat here but there are too many negative reviews for me to consider it.
Only 2 people working, so takeout took 20 minutes. No functional bathroom (said they were having water issues). The workers were nice, but the food quality is not worth the wait imo. Rotisserie nuggets were steamed and weird.
