Took my family out to dinner at this location, service was really good, food not so much, my wife ordered mild chicken wings, their were super spicy and still had feathers on the chicken.

I went to BWW on the last UFC fight night. I know Saturdays are slammed and there are a ton of people and the staff are doing their best to accommodate. However when I sat down I was given a menu showing half off appetizers and drinks. So me and a friend ordered a few things off there.When our bill showed up, it was triple what we anticipated. When I asked the waitress why it was so high, she said the menu deals were only Mon-Fri. Well why are you giving me that menu on a Saturday? Why not give me a real menu where the actual listed prices were? I tried to help her see that I wouldn't have ordered what I did if I knew the actual cost of the item. She didn't care or try to resolve the issue. Other tables around me got the same menu.Seems super sketchy and dishonest to hand out a menu when those prices aren't valid that day. Yes in small lettering it does say Mon-Fri. But I assumed if I'm there on a Saturday and you hand me only that menu, that's what I'm ordering.I left super frustrated and called the restaurant a few days later. They said a manager would call me back. Still haven't heard a word.

Last night I was there to watch the UFC fight like other nights when there are good fights, this night in particular we felt a bit of racism towards us because compared to other nights we have stayed until 1:00am this time because we are Mexican and The wrestlers were mostly Mexicans, they turned off the televisions at 12:00 am without prior notice and a waitress turned the television on again but another came and very angry she turned off the television again regardless of the fact that we consumed more than $200 for me it was rasism

We called for take out on Saturday night and asked for an additional wing sauce flavor for our 40 wings. We knew it was possible to get this because we had a very kind waitress at the bar do it for us in person just a few weeks ago. She offered us 4 wings flavors on just 20 wings. The person I spoke to said they would not be able to do that. So I asked if she could maybe just tell the kitchen to add the additional flavor, because they have done so in the past. She said they were too busy to do that. So I requested to speak to a manager and she put me on hold and never contacted the manager. I waited for a while, until my call dropped. I have had several bad interactions with the to go ordering here. I attempted to use a bww reward online and it wasn’t working and they told me I wouldn’t be able to use it, which was not true, then the manager came and explained to them how it worked, with no issues. Another time, they forgot to include most of what I had ordered in the bag, so I had to go back, etc. Eating at the restaurant is a far better experience. But, I decided to not order my food there that night and now have chosen to get my wings elsewhere, even though they are the closest wing spot to my home. It’s not worth the hassle every time.

Everytime me and my varying in size large group of friends come here, we are accommodated quickly and efficiently, and always have had friendly and personable wait staff that deserve every dollar they get. In terms of food, it's a buffalo wild wings, but no one comes here for fine dining. That being said, my order has never been screwed up once, nor any of my friends.
