Normally staff is very attentive but my last two orders had errors, most recently I received french fries instead of chicken tenders.I confirmed the receipt was correct (and I was charged for more than what I received).

I would not recommend this chick fil a at all. I took time out of my day to fill out a survey for a prior experience at chick fil a (and I gave all positive reviews). I got a reward for a free sandwich for filling out my survey but I am allergic to gluten and absolutely cannot eat it so I asked the server (Danny) if I could get something grilled instead. I have done this many times at other locations before and never had an issue but this time (without apologising whatsoever) he just says “we don’t do that here. You have to get what it says in the picture and in the manager.” Given this unpleasant experience I will not be returning :)
