The attendant Allie is the worst customer service personally I have ever encountered. She is extremely rude, she walks off without answering questions, and she rolls her eyes. At one point, there was literally no one manning the food station. I do not know who owns this location, but the customer service is horrible.

After leaving my first/last review and providing feedback, I received a generic apology email from corporate regarding my experience on how disappointing the Cinnabons from this location were.In an effort to promise better baked goods and services going forward, I received a coupon for a free Cinnabon. Nice gesture to try & win back my interest.With hopes there would be an improvement, I went back. I received my free Cinnabon and once again, disappointed....very dry, lacking both cinnamon & frosting. I received an email to provide my feedback again, I did and received another generic apology email. I have no idea if action is really going to be taken and at this point I don't care. There could be a day that they are passing them out for free to everyone...it won't matter to me unless they have improved on how they make them. Maybe the location in Trumbull is better...one can hope.

Never again. I bought a box of Cinnabon and it was stale and taste was off. I didn't enjoy the one I ate and neither did anyone else who had the misfortune of eating one. Completely terrible! Corporate needs to shut them down as they are ruining the name brand and possibly putting the public health at risk.

Went to the mall 4pm on Sunday (4/25) 4 hours before you close with a huge crowd. They had nothing but a few buns, and seemed completely contempt with having nothing for the rest of the day. If I were the owner who wasn’t there, I would be mad about all the business they lost out on for 4 hours that day. Why even open. Lazy and sad

Tried to get a 6 pack of their Classic Cinnabon rolls for $15 at the Danbury Fair Mall location. Was told they didn’t have any 6 packs but I can buy 6 individual rolls at $5 each. That’s some lousy customer service and business practices if you ask me.

I love this place, and the sole counterperson today was fantastic. Six large cinnabons for $17. I'm in sugar heaven. The store pulled one out and heated it for me so that I could devour it on the spot, which I did with gusto.

Been there a few times and honestly it's a let down. I absolutely love Cinnabon and their chains, but this one isn't great. They skimp out on the icing big time so they can change you extra (mind you all other locations load it up, it's a signature Cinnabon thing) and the dough is over cooked. Just not the same as every where else, what a shame.
