I've had ice cream here before and it doesn't taste the same. I remember they used to welcome you when you came in and they don't anymore. Employees are not wearing gloves or have any cold stone shirts on. Looks like they left class and started work. Also again the ice cream just doesn't taste the same. It's super creamy and just not as cold as you'd think

The ice cream was way too expansive for partly melted ice-cream and the guy put the scoop on the counter dirty counter with melted ice-cream on it and did have wear gloves or anything. How 7.07 for a regular better off going to double twister

Had a BOGO (for my birthday) and they didn't seem to know how to give me the free one! They kept saying it could only take $5 off and my order total was almost $20 so it should have been almost $10 off!! I finally got frustrated and just accepted the $7.50 off because our ice creams were starting to melt!! Completely unimpressed.

Will no longer give this place business. Came from ny (this is the closest one)..this is the 3rd time we came to get a cake and the place says open at 12 and they are never open on time. We had to leave with no cake?

Great ice cream for the price and excellent service all around. Josh and Andrew were so friendly and outgoing while remaining professional at their job. Overall great experience, I would love to visit again someday.

My friends and I had the worst experience ever. After celebrating a victory as a team, we decided to all get ice cream together. As we were walking there and about to get to the door, another customer was walking out the door the worker inside RAN to the door to lock it. We ended up leaving disappointed since we were unable to celebrate our win. The BARE MINIMUM this worker could’ve done was to open the door and say to us, “sorry we’re closed” but she decided to lock the door and laugh at us. As we started to walk away we were mocked by the other workers who mimicked himself crying. We will not be returning to ANY coldstone location again. I do not recommend this to anyone. The employees are rude and have no basic manners.

I had a terrible experience today. As my friends were walking through the door at cold stone today around 9 pm an employer locked the door on us and started laughing. We left and we could not even eat ice cream or get inside cold stone! I will not be visiting another cold stone especially not in Danbury any time soon.
Walked by with my friends and was about to walk in but the worker slammed the door shut and locked it. As we walked by the workers laughed and mocked us. Deeply unsatisfactory experience will not be going again unless they either fire or retrain the workers.

Place was disgusting. Ice cream was contaminated with different flavors. Staff put contaminated ice cream back in the flavor. Bathroom was out of order. Staff couldn’t even get a scoop of flavor without it being contaminated. Just gross and dirty environment.

I wish Cold Stone was cheaper, because I’d be there way more often if it was. This is a good location. I wish they could put some more seating outside. Maybe they can get some tables over by the airport side of the parking lot. Great location right across from the best mall in the area!
