Ordered a medium iced pumpkin spice latte and received a medium iced coffee. I wasted my $5. Such a rip off. These people that work here don't care at all. Warned each other of impending customers. I didn't even get whipped cream. Livid as it tastes like nail polish remover. Wish I got my receipt.

This is the worst Dunkin in town. Every time I make the mistake of driving into this place I always regret it. You can order one thing and have just one order in front of you and get stuck in line for 20 mins. The associates are ghetto and miserable. Who is hiring and training here?

Four workers, three standing around, one on his phone right in the drive thru window. Only one bothering to fill orders. Took about 15 minutes to get two coffees. Won’t stop here ever again.

Greedy franchise owner take note. If you really care about your location, pay your workers a little more and get better qualified, better trained people in there.Ordered a coffee and bacon egg sandwich on a croissant. The croissant sandwich was cold, hardly warm. Disgusting really.

So-so service. They need better Management on site. They do not have bad workers it is just that the workers are given the proper instruction or directive on how to do their job properly and to a standard that you would expect. But that being said the gallop the window had one of the best and most pleasant demeanors that I've ever experiencedParking: Drive-thru only and someone should make it a little more evident on Google Maps and Google Maps needs to stop indicating to park across the street and then walk over to a drive-thru only location
