I asked for an espresso. It was totally cold. I asked if they make fresh coffee, the worker didn’t respond to me. She was too busy taking the next order. She just ignored me.Don’t bother going to this Dunkin’ Donuts and spending any money. Very poor service and poor quality of product.

I travel for work, and rely on Dunkin for consistency. This is the absolute worst representation of Dunkin products. The hash browns are always hard as rocks, the wake up wraps are so over cooked that the cheese is brown and the tortilla just completely crumbles when you bite into it. I tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt over the past 6 weeks, but I will leave an extra 5 mins early to go down the street to the next location. Maybe if they spent less time decorating for the holidays they could use that time to retrain their employees on proper food prep…

me and my mom went in hoping to be serviced, but waited there for 20 minutes just to not be staffed. They were preoccupied with other things, didn't bother even talking to us or even try to. All of them saw us, but none of them even said anything. will not come back

Ordered a dozen donuts for a breakfast meeting.. They were definitely NOT fresh. One of my customers almost lost a tooth.. C'mon mannnnn!!! Why would you sell donuts to customers like that? Whatever happened to donuts being made fresh daily? You should throw them in a day old section.. Or maybe instead of trying to maximize profits by selling old donuts. Danbury has plenty of homeless and in need families that you can give them to. Instead of Dunkin.. This place is a Flunkin...

06/24/2023, the person working at 3 in the afternoon was rude, unprofessional and didn’t even give our full order. We ordered online and while arriving at the drive-thru two-way speaker, the worker at the Dunkin’s was really rude and arrogant. When we pulled up at the window to take our food, he messed up our order and wasn’t able to understand half of what we were explaining. He honestly looked like he was high. Surely, don’t recommend and not going back to this Dunkin .

Super inconsistent leaning to just bad. I've had to throw out entire iced teas from here because they were disgusting. I don't even put anything in it, just a black tea.

The food was great but the service was awful the lady who takes your order always sounds annoyed and pissed off every time I've gone there. They take quiet a while to get you your food even if its something as simple as a donut. I have nothing against dunkin but the service as this one is honestly getting old I dont know what im doing to make them so annoyed.

There was 1 person scheduled to work this morning. She was doing the same amount of work as 3 people. Running the drive thru, mobile orders, and walk-ins. I felt so bad for her that corporate thinks it's okay to do this to their employees and keep cutting hours. This is how you get people to quit. She did a phenomenal job trying to get every customer's orders done. If she does the work of 3 people, then she deserves the pay of 3 people.
