Food is not as it was before, in this restaurant in particular. I wouldn't say I like the smell of sewer that is there or near there.

I was so disappointed. The place smelled like the bathroom, very stinky. The food was average, my juice tasted like water, no orange taste whatsoever. The service I won’t even say because the woman was serving by herself but she could’ve been a bit nicer. Do not recommend. I don’t leave reviews ever but this was a little too much.

After being seated and having my order taken, no follow up on how the meal was or if I required anything else. On my way out he hostess made inappropriate comments that someone made a complaint about the lack of follow up and used the excuse how many customers were arriving for the lack of follow up. Although she apologized to me for no checking on me personally, I noted how she did check on other customers. Maybe because I was eating alone she didn't feel it was necessary. Poor customer service.

We went to IHOP in Danbury, CT. Jocelyne was at the front desk and escorted to our table and took our order. Jocelyne brought us our food and also checked us out. Jocelyne accomplishes many tasks and she does it all with a sincerely SMILE on her face. Jocelyne also checked us out. She is very kind. I can't wait to go back to see her.
